I relax the way god meant us to. I lay in bed with my eyes wide open... focused on the ceiling stain directly over my head, and count every mistake I ever made from birth to this very minute.
I know this is weird, but I must confess: I find it very relaxing when someone is knitting near me, especially if the sound of the needles touching each other is audible. That knitter lady looks adorable, and definetively the type of person I don't mind having on the seat next to me (either on a train, a bus, a waiting room, a comedy show...).
i love how sweet the jokes about her fella are, when you compare them to the ones she used to make about her ex husband, i'm glad the funny lady of the telly got a nice boyfriend

When I came home from club nights at 3am I used to watch these permanent advertisements on TV for like the nicer dicer. It's so dull you can easily zone out, no need to pay attention, but you're not left with complete silence. Maybe that's why those ads exist XD

I've always found a very good way to relax is heroin. After a few good goes of that it's hard to be anything but relaxed. Of course that brings its own set of problems, but you know, you asked.
