In my opinion, the phone hold up more than fine, everyone is worried about the crease and how its going to hold up on the long run, but i would say we are good to go.

I'm gonna buy a refurbished z fold 4 on ebay (only if they still do the 1 year warranty under allstate on ebay). They're around 600 bucks right now. After the holidays, I'm sure they will depreciate considerably more. Hoping to buy one for around 500$ just to finally test a foldable outside of just checking it out in a best buy.

Been thinking of buying a refurb fold 3 for a while now. I've seen them go as low as £350, so I hope that's worth it

@@tnsquidd yeah. I really don't know what to think. I have a hard time believing these folds priced so low will be of good quality or that they won't fall apart immediately. On the other hand, 350 pounds isn't the most expensive for a phone either. I'm thinking the risk might be worth it to try a fold out on the cheap, but I can't deny it might end up a waste of money.

Good review. The screen on my Samsung S7 Edge is starting to fail and my mate gave me his old S10e... both of which I'm totally fine with. Doesn't surprise me your phone has held up fine, even with those battle scars!

Best way is too not repeatedly bending as a stress toy if it's open leave it open untill you have to close it reduce the usage of the fold

@@matopendic8669 6 months is really a short period of time to prove that it is durable. Linus on LTT peeled the protector on his fold and the screen has micro cracks present.

@@bwedgesi wouldn’t be too worried even if the protector peels off.. the inner display is always folded in your pocket so hard for it to get scratched

Get a better case. Supcase has hinge protection and holds the s pen. Yes its a little bulky. But its Supreme protection. It is expensive but very worth it.

Hello sir i had a query please reply this question as soon as possible❣, I already have iPhone 14 but due to some third-party apps download and battery health issues in this phone, I am buying second hand Samsung fold 3 as my secondary device / NOW the question is: 1) how to avoid the protective film from damaging from peeling off (the phone which i will buy is in excellent condition till date) 2)and for what kind of work do you use it for

The film will eventually peel, no matter what u do, u can just replace it with a better one, don't buy the cheap ones, or you can use it without film. I use it for IT, so sometimes it gets some heavy use

That is possibly the worst fold 3 case anyone can get...I had the same case offered with the phone at launch and abandoned it immediately

@TechToderici Yep I know...I had it and it was awful, especially the flappy part of the case at the front with no magnets, it offered zero screen protection...The only thing that was good about that case was that it was free and included the S-Pen, on the other hand the samsung aramid cover was top notch
