As a musician of the last 40 years and an enormous fan of Alan Menken many of his songs i have covered...i just stopped everything i was doing to listen to your fantastic version of this truly beautiful piece. Your voice is perfection and piano playing also beautifully phrased. I had some success a couple of years ago when i wrote an original waltz for our late Queen Elizabeth the second for her Platinum Jubilee. I have been asked to perform a tribute piece for her anniversary with a video and pictures on my you tube channel and because of you i have chosen this piece which i will orchestrate and play piano.
