So that people understand what they are seeing. This is the first break-in run of the machine. It's the only time oil is needed. These require a +-20kg run with oil, (the instructions recommend canola) in order to 'lap' the mill rollers and die plate. Once the machine is broken in and achieves operating temperature no oil is required to produce pellets. If using wood substrate the lignan in the substrate will act as the pellet binder. The oil actually prevents the pellets from forming. But it does lubricate the surface grinding process happening during break-in. I own one of these with the instructions written in the usual chinglesh. But they are quite clear.
We have an older model of that it works a treat. We found that we have to run it through a few times to get it heated before you get good pellets from it. Also if you make the mix to wet it will clog up.
wood pellet needs way more energy as it needs way more pressure to develop , you wont be able to to wood pellets on poulty one ..which is designed for softer feed in , You might be able to do wood pellets if you can grind wood pellets on dust powder ...
just bought identical to this one , have 2 mm dies ..Cant get it work . Not a pellet came out ..always gets cloged up a motor stall . Pretty pissed off . Spend quite lots money on it .Any idea what I am doing wrong ? If is semi wet ..gets cloged up , it ruuning hot , steam which should be normal , the heat makes a cake from the mix and thats all over ..harden up like stone and stop . if is dry ..go on powder and no pellets ..just dust go out of it
@@leonwong2464 The die needs to be propely fasten so it dosnt woble as the rollers needs to have close tight constant contact . The material you feeding in must be I found soft ground ..any hard pieces will stuff it up . And the mass you feed in needs to be just little bit moist ..on hand you feel is more dry than moist . and you need to have a good power supply .
The machine on the video is produced by our factory, and the worker on the video is my colleague. If you need this machine, please contact me. We sell directly from the factory, there is no middleman plus profit!
All pellets machine working is shown from dia changing , no company shows assembling or making it from the beginning. Especially for those who want to make their own machine.
