What about Irish based company selling on USA without US LLC? Also what if some months have a loss when growing?

Great questions! If you are selling in the US without a domestic entity, you will need to set one up to take on an investment from AccrueMe. We can help you do that easily and it shouldn't impact your local entity structure. Many of the sellers we invest in have bad months where they don't earn a profit and in those months AccrueMe doesn't earn any profit (or charge any fees or interest) either. If you are consistently losing money with your business, you and AccrueMe will not be a good fit because at AccrueMe it is important that the sellers we invest in are profitable because we only profit when the sellers do. What if some one make no money break even during the luanch phase or 10% margin so you make no money too ?

Correct. If we invest in someone that doesn't earn a profit, we also earn ZERO. It's happened before and when it does we work with the seller to either help them get profitable or exit our investment. Because we only profit when the sellers we invest in profit, we typically avoid new sellers launching their first product and instead invest in more established sellers. Hope this helps!
