When a male is aroused sexually, the blood vessels in the penis relax and open up, allowing blood to fill them. Blood trapped under high pressure creates an erection. Ejaculation is a reflex action controlled by the central nervous system.

I have the issue with weak ejaculations. However I believe mine is physiological. My theory is there is swelling of the neck of the bladder, blockage in the seminal vesicles, or pressure from the rectum pushing against the prostate. When I visit with the urologist I’m going to demand an MRI and cystoscopy. My insurance is going to pay for this because I’ve had it up to my neck with this problem.

Once I cramped in my 'main muscle' and then I was no longer the 'main man'. I did recover happily. While I'm here once I also cramped in the muscles in my perineum- nothing I could do to stop it except put pressure on the area which must have looked a bit weird. The event that brought that on was a sneeze!

Since you mentioned the word "muscle," and referred to the "Kegel Muscle," I will ask a question that I posted on another of your videos: Do the muscles involved in sexual activity need to be used in order to maintain sexual health? Hey Doc--Really enjoy your straightforward, intelligent approach. I had radiation theray for prostate cancer a year and a half ago. I still ejaculate, but no sperm just semen. Clear as water. A little weird, but I'm glad I am still able to ejaculate.

No. The areas of the spine responsible for sexual function is in the lower spine however in order to actually ejaculate you need stimulation of mind and nerves not the muscles. Youre not going to blow your load from a nice backrub. If that were a fact happy endings wouldn't need to be a thing they could just rub your back real good. lol. What this video is talking about is the process of the actual shooting of the fluids not the leading up to it.

I've always tried to keep from ejacutation (holding it back) so it (ejacualtion) lasts longer but my fars isn't so much. I'm 66 now and it is still the same. I found when I was younger and just let it go, it doesn't feel as good to me. Maybe I'm just different...but I do have a daughter so it does go far enough haha
