Don’t agree at all really Jesus isn’t like Kane or Firmino he’s much less physical and strong but also much quicker. Kane can drop deep just like Jesus can drop deep whereas Kane then plays long balls in behind whereas Jesus more drops deep to add an extra option to outnumber in the midfield and play 1-2s with the wingers/attacking midfielders. When Kane is upfront he acts as more as a focal point holding up the ball and providing an aerial target up front as well as being a lethal finisher in the box whereas Jesus makes runs in behind both to make space for others as well as try and get to goal scoring opportunities. The differnce is in how one uses physicality and one uses speed. Firmino plays a closer role to Jesus when dropping deep however plays a more similiar role to Kane off the ball although in reality often acts like more of an attacking midfielder while Kane and Jesus do not and both aim to get into the box to finish off attacks. Kane is much more suited to playing in a team like Spurs that like to cross the ball and play balls in behind into space for the wingers and and Jesus is suited to arsenal where he can help by being another option to overload the midfield and play on the shoulder to push the defensive line deep and give our creative midfielders time and space on the ball to create for the runs of the wingers/striker. Jesus is also an excellent presser which works for a high pressing team like Arsenal whereas Kane works hard but is too slow to press as effectively and is more of an outlet and this suits Tottenham as they prefer to sit in a deeper block rather than press

I agree. His an inside forward. He sometimes gives me Etoo vibes just inconsistent finishing. Most Brazilians aren't natural 9s. I actually think he can even play that false 9 position well and arriving late with good movement

@@philipsheehama569 that's a question for the Brazilian coach... all I know is he was terrible for Brazil though the middle, so much so that when the coach asked him where he would prefer to play he said the right wing. Further, you only need to watch the games he played for City last season to know he's much more effective on the wings as demonstrated in this video too.

Any player would prefer playing in the team regardless of any position giving to him. If he wants to play on the RW he wouldn't have come to Arsenal but rather stay at City but he need gametime at CF because his only competition in Brazil number 9 is Richarlison of which we know Gabriel is better than him. Gabriel can't play RW position for Brazil because right now it has been taken over by Raphinha and backed up by Anthony!

Now Arteta has convinced him that he will start as a striker and he will get a chance to prove he can play down the middle at arsenal and get into the Brazil national team as a striker Also he is 100 percent way better than Richarlison

Those “complete forwards” are very very rare and will attract interest for every top club. You’re really looking at Haaland, Benzema, Lewendowski, possibly Vlahovic... can’t think of too many others. Jesus is the best value for money forward available.

If Jesus and Eddie can get 10 + goals each then that’s already better than Auba, Laca and Eddie last season. Add in Raphinha, Saka, ESR and Martinelli and we should be able to spread out the goals. Maybe in 2-3 seasons we go back in for Vlahovic who knows.

Because Inter are a top club with a good manager that have guaranteed CL football and will 100% be competing for both the italian league and domestic trophies next season. Hes obviously going to prefer that to clubs like Arsenal, United, etc who cant guarantee him that kind of silverware/CL football as well as a solid manager. And most of the clubs that can offer him this already have gotten top strikers, City have Haaland, Liverpool have Nunez, Real still have benzema, barca are in for Lewa (even if they dont get him they probably wont be able to afford Martinez), I suppose Bayern if Lewa leaves is an option but I think he would prefer a more difficult challenge than the bundesliga. The one standout is Chelsea, I think they would be a perfect fit for one another.

He was inconsistent cause he played for a team like City where he was struggling to make it to the starting X1 until last season where he did get decent starts. At Arsenal he'll be the main 9, his game will grow further.. he's really fluidic and has a good sense of attacking.

well this aged like milk - 2 goals and 3 assists in 3 games vs Laca's 4 goals 7 assists in 30. Obviously he's on form which will dip, but to be Laca's level he just has to repeat his 3 game numbers in the next 27 games.
