I really hope you’re right and Carter ties into a wider storyline with Ghost and Tommy. That would be soo sick and interesting to see the writers use a small detail from the past to tie Carter in with the main characters. Great vid like always 👏🏾. Looking forward to the new season.

When Mecca FIRST met Tariq in the dorm room, Mecca said he knew about "his uncle Tommy", he knew about his dad "GHOST" he said "I even know what you did to that MF"! Now only Tasha, Tommy, Tariq and the GHOST had that kind of first hand ✋👌 knowledge! How did Mecca gain that inside info🤔😏

About that flash drive... i don't think it has anything to do with what Riq said at the grave site. There's nothing Jr. can do about that bcuz it won't hold up in court. It's not about Tommy bcuz as far as Saxx knew, Tommy was dead. It's either gonna hold evidence pertaining to Davis, Tejadas or Tariq's organization that wasn't brought up in court... But then why Jr? Of all people to send it to...why Jr? So I'm gonna throw my initial thought of it being about Davis and go with it's about Ghost and Angela being his parents. That chip that JR got is that video Saxe recorded at the graveyard when Tariq said “I had to do it”. That’s why he said he know what he did, but that’s only if that chip gets passed over to Detective Carter. Also any prior history he may have with ghost himself.

Even though we don’t know too much of Don Carter‘s character I’m very interested to see how Michael Ealy brings life to this character because I don’t believe not even one bit, that He’s straight by the book just rewatch the dialogue the Greg Knox mix with jukebox vibes. But I guess we’ll have to wait and see what happens on June 7.

I'm willing to bet that Mecca was an informant for Carter as well and maybe he left some information on Ghost? I'm actually kind of excited and curious to see how the writing is this final season because the storylines have been all over the place and the acting mediocre. Killing Mecca really ruined a great piece to connect everyone and I hope Carter is another piece.

Carter could be someone who was going after Ghost before Angela during Kanans 10 year sentence.

I believe that Monet told Mecca about Ghost and Tommy because Tariq tell Monet that he unalived his father and Monet almost unalived Tommy but Tariq saved Tommy life.

And lastly, I wonder who was it that killed his wife that was caught in a crossfire because I would like to see a flashback whether it’s from the OG Power or in the Powerbook 2 Ghost.

I think the USB is mostly on Tommy and Junior is taking matters into his own hands by shooting Tariq because their task force got disbanded: ✅ The recording of Tommy butchering Ruiz from OG power (Tariq knew about this in season 6) ✅ Information that Tommy’s still alive (Junior probably knows Tommy is close with Tariq) ✅ Proof that Tommy killed Angela ❓ Maybe that Ghost and Angela are Junior’s real parents (to give him motive to shoot at Tariq - Envy that he got such a good upbringing whilst Junior’s was a struggle)
