Now thanks to population increase, most of which is immigration, the demand for housing has pushed up the cost of an average house to 9 or 10 times the average wage. Research has shown, no western society has been able to integrate Muslims - there is a study on that, danish researchers if I remember correctly. Now, you can dislike that or like that, but that is the result of their study. And when a society becomes divided, there are many drawbacks. A firm is not looking to have several competing cultures within the company, for a company to work well (between departments etc.). That is why firms seek to deploy a common corporate culture.
