When i was a little girl i wanted to be a photographer for National Geographic. My cousin was disabled and we would spend hours pouring over National Geographic with him dreaming of just walking through some of those locations and me dreaming of taking all the photographs. To this day, it's still the dream i wish would have been a reality. Robert is such an amazing and inspiring young person.
Looks like he is using Lightroom for editing software! Not sure which camera it is or lense for that matter. I’m sure there may be an article somewhere!
I always had a burning interest in photography, ever since I was really young. I'm taking a photography class this year, and Robert's photo's inspire me a lot. It's always nice to see it be explained out in the field, and I can't wait to see part 2!
As a photographer, this video was actually super well put together and is a great resource for outdoor and nature photography. He covers so many key aspects but in bite sized, very understandable ways. He’d be a great teacher, in general. Whatever he wants to teach, he’d be great at it.
Robert would make a wonderful teacher. This video is so informative but everything is in easy to understand, bite sized pieces. This video is a great resource for anyone trying to learn outdoor or nature photography.
I absolutely loved seeing all the animals but my favorite part is when he was shooting photos of the kangaroos there was two in the background arguing and boxing back and forth the entire time 🤣🤣🤣😆😆😆
I still miss Steve, but his family do such an incredible contribution to the wilderness and conservation. I love how they have their own hobbies and interests amongst what they do too.

I just love that Robert is still using a DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex) camera here! I like the ideas & concepts on Mirrorless cameras, but still love SLR’s/DSLR’s too. Of course having been a life long Canon fanboy, I’m just over the moon happy to see him shooting Canon gear!!
Are these the recommended cameras for shooting wildlife or are there others that might do the job better? Just curious since you seem to know your cameras!
@@ramiledepaiva7525 I love my Canons, but honestly any more most any brand of Camera is going to get the job done, DSLR, or Mirrorless. Some people do feel DSLR’s are still slightly better at action shots, so sports, sometimes animals, anything were there is fast motion. Mirrorless cameras are catching up though. Then you have the debate about full frame, or cropped sensors. Again some people like a cropped sensor for sports & wildlife photography. Big thing I’d say is go with a brand that’s been around a while, Canon, Nikon, Sony, Pentax, etc. research them, read up, watch videos, see how they work. If there is a camera store near you, go in and see if they will let you look at a demo model, a lot of them will. Go with the one that has the features you like/want, the model you like, and that fits your budget. A lot of people suggest spending more on your lenses than the camera, & that is sound advice. Also you can save a lot of money buying used gear in good shape! Of corse since camera companies have stopped making, or are gradually stopping making DSLR’s & their lenses, the price should start coming down a bit more on them in time. I have just recently brought a camera and watching this video has helped a lot as i am a beginner. Cant wait for part 2! Robert should do a photography training course maybe or you tube videos just on photography. Would be awesome, i would sign up definitely!
The more I watch animals here on this channel the more interesting they become to me, I have a lot of plushies and it's crazy that- that's what they actually look like in real life 😅 I love how intricate animals are, from their skin, their care, their habitat, everything is just so amusing

My favorite was a rabbit that came right up to me. I had my old Oympus camera I wanted to shoot landscapes with, and this rabbit surprised me. I couldn't been more than 3 feet away from him. Was so cool.

I am not sure whether I should feel jealous or sorry for Robert. He has the opportunity to photograph wildlife in his own backyard unlike any other young man and he does it very well. So when does "Steve Irwin's son" just become Rob Irwin? So many child stars have not done well going into adulthood. I do hope he has or finds his own identity and grows into a well adjusted good person. Either way I am impressed with his photographic efforts
Robert I live in Adelaide and a couple of days ago as I am writing this Ravi got out of the Adelaide Zoo but is back now with no health issues he just wanted to look at some more views of Adelaide LOL Fantastic photos I love taking photos it my favourite hobby
If we had camera and lenses like Robert we all would do a "stunning photos". Nothing surprising. Some people don't realize how expensive this "hobby" is, to really make the images with good quality. Like... 2.500$ on the good start is a minimum FOR AN AMATEUR(!). So imagine you have this "something", this talent, but doing photos is just a one of your hobbies where you only take out your phone from the pocket and do a simply photo, and then you hear you have to spend 3.000 - 5.000 $ to mean something in the industry, your attitude falls down immediately, cause it's not worth untill it's a real job. And yes, Robert spent 15.000+$ for his equipment what is visible on the video. THAT'S THE KEY.
Mother Irwin speaks regular American English. Bindi speaks with a light Australian accent. Robert speaks with an overemphasized Australian accent like he was raised with hard core Australians who live in rural areas. Very very interesting.
I realize he's trying to avoid getting too technical, but it would be nice if he touched on what focal lengths he was using, and if he was using full frame or crop sensor.
loved this video. i graduated from my continuation school on photography. . im also a photographer. and now im going to college for photography class and business class, so i can have my own company at home doing photography.
wow, a spitting image of his father. that's hard for the next generation. technologay and communicating about animals have gone far so seeing him act as if he never left is almost too good to be true
