It is incorrect to state that when oxygen is consumed nothing replaces the oxygen and a vacuum will be created. What really happens is that when oxygen is consumed, it is replaced by combustion products, so no vacuum is created. What is more likely to be created is a concussion over-pressure shock wave, as air expands when heated.

There is a vacuum effect after the blast, this is true with all explosions. What people must realize is that this effect pales in comparison to the destructive power of the initial blast. Why this vacuum effect occurs is that hot gasses like CO2, CO, nitrogen and many others expand when hot but rapidly cool and contract back in. This happens in fractions of a second.

@@harrypeterson9287 Though this depends on the size of the explosion. The expansion / contraction cycle is going to be much longer then a fraction of a second for, lets say, a 'special purpose' tactical nuclear warhead... Some people may also claim the 'partial pressure' effect, where if there was no oxygen in the air outsides of your lungs is zero, then the partial pressure of the oxygen left in your lungs will try to force out any oxygen you have left. But this also ignores the 'partial pressure' of the combustion products outside your lungs that will try to force themselves inside your lungs. Still, the general issue is that spreading a concept based on ignorance, in the long run only encourages more ignorance

@@leonardmiyata482 I agree that size matters in terms of blast and vacuum duration, but the vacuum effect occurs over a much longer duration with much less force than the initial detonation. On the outskirts of the blast radius the vacuum effect would be too weak to have any significant effect effect since anything in its path would have already been hit far harder by the blast itself. Kind of like the difference of getting hit by a tsunami vs standing in the ocean as the water goes back out.

The TOS-1A MLRS system is the most effective method of storming fortified areas, such as during the liberation of the People's republics from Ukrainian neo-Nazis, which became an additional reason (in addition to ignorant disregard of the fact of radical division of Ukrainian society during the eight-year civil war) for the catastrophic losses of Ukrainian neo-Nazi (who exceeded the number of more than one hundred thousand). The hysterical demands of the Zelensky regime for the provision of American MLRS systems cannot solve this problem in principle.

These are Russian weapons thats correct but he is certainly not promoting them. He is highlighting them of what they are capable of nothing wrong with that.... + These weapons are also in the inventory of other armed forces.

WW2 tech my bollocks, this is ingenious and clever by the Russians, the tank chassis can be reused and interchanged as a normal tank, now that's recycling and being resourceful. A bit like NASA spending $1 plus in trying to get a biro to work in space, it doesn't, Roscosmos just uses a pencil, no money spent. Works fine. Common sense.

@@xenaluck I like many don't believe we ever landed on the moon, as we've never set foot on it since. However the Soviets landed a listening device on Venus in 1982, that to me is bigger news. They were the first into space as well as the first man and woman into space and proper space station, way more important than landing the first person on the moon.
