Wow I cant believe the city of San Marcos will let a huge mega structure be build on what makes San Marcos amazing , The Aquifer. You either must be desperate for money or the film production studio paid you off. You will lose your Aquifer soon. Sad day for the residence of San Marcos and the water is was build on
