I would suggest if you have a second set of tires or even your every day tires have them pumped down and put Nitrogen in and you will keep them where you want them! The pressures won't increase

Thanks! I actually stopped at Costco and did that on the way there. I’m not sure why the tire pressure kept going up. My guess is the track surface was just too hot.

@@KonaNthusiast something you might do is get some light aftermarket rims! The rims I put on for the summer on my sonata n line are 27lbs lighter and holy cow so much more responsive and corners way better! I couldn't believe how heavy the stock rims are!

@@davidjohnson8474 Nice! That’s a big difference, I found the rims that I want. They’re 21 lbs, so I’ll be saving 29 lbs each wheel. Just gotta get them at the start of next year

@@KonaNthusiastey man I’ve been watching you for a bit now; what kind of rims will you be getting/are running now? I want a Kona n and I’d go with a jb4 as well; I’ve seen other kona channels but a lot of your mods are what I’d do to my kona.

hey random question do ur breaks squeak/make a noticeable sound when u break moderately? ive had my 2023 kona N for 2 months and notice that

The pads are better at dealing with higher temps, the compound causes squealing because of the material. It's not anything wrong with it, just performance brake problems.

Oh man I have 1,500km on my 2023 Kona N and my breaks makes the squeak sound when braking lightly.

Mine does this but mainly in colder temps. Like @boujizz said, it’s the material causing it. It’s definitely annoying but there’s some stuff that you can put on your brakes to help alleviate this. I’ll have to check for it when I get back home

I have a 2023 kona N...Black....I've had it for 4 months....I love this car....the brakes squeak because they are dirty...I wash my car at least once a week...my breaks never squeak. Also its good to clean the brake dust because over time it can stain the metal in your rims, the dust will get embedded in the metal.

I have right at 51k now, but I’ve been slowing down a lot on mileage lately. I’ve only driven 1,500 miles in the last two months, most of that was traveling
