This is only available for HARDWIRED version of the Nest Protect, these settings DO NOT appear in the Home app if you are using BATTERY version of the device. 🤷‍♂️

That's strange I have nest and Google Home and nest protect but I don't have that setting in presence sensing

The google home hasnt migrated all features and i dont understand why they havent?! Its soo annoying and lazy

Remember, not everybody has this google home version. Show that with the regular one as well

I tried to turn off the preview and it kept updating, sorry about that. Hopefully in the next few months everyone will have this.

I have 3x battery versions and presence detection used to be available but would never work. Now its disappeared all together 😢

Anyone know when or even if we can use these on Google home with full control before the nest support app is scrapped which is soon ... Bit crap really isn't it not getting notifications for a fire on your displays next to your bed ...

Google has not said anything about dropping the Nest app but they are working on adding Nest Protect to the Google Home. I imagine it will happen sometime next year.
