Yes bank में zero pormotor holding थी,, जब उसका बुरा वक्त आया था,, फिर yes bank ने sbi and other banks से पैसा लिया और उन्हें sbi को aprox 5% से ऊपर की हिस्सेदारी बेच दी,, जबकि कोई pormotor है ही नहीं,,please explin this

when u purchase a share of a company then the amount goes to the bank account of the company and neither to the owner of the company nor to the stock exchange. When a company brings its OFFER FOR SALE then the owner/Promoters or anyone holding more than 10 percent according to SEBI regulations except the promoters of the company can sell his shares and then the amount u pay to purchase the stock goes to the account of the owner/Promoter and this is known as offer for sale
