Another comment. Smite deals the most damage to the Warden because it's an undead mob. It deals more than Sharpness V. This is crucial to know if you are to venture in an Ancient City. This makes Smite more valuable when looting.
Warden notes: - Warden is spawned by a shrieker when you reach warning level 4. - Warning levels decay by 1 level every 10 minutes. - Warden can smell you and the priority target is the most suspicious movement (player) - Warden can one shot you and their sonic beam bypasses armor, it's damage can be decreased with protection enchantment. - Warden is immune to lava but is significantly slowed down by lava
Even with protection 32767 on netherite armor, the warden will still two-shot you. He ignores armor so you can fight him in a t-shirt with jeans and it makes no difference. And thorns 32767 does nothing either so he ignores thorns.
Protection caps at 80% damage reduction, so you could just give yourself one protection 5 piece of armor and have the rest at protection 4, and it will be the same as protection 32767 on all pieces. What can reduce your damage even further though are master turtle potions. Combined with prot 4 netherite, they allow you to tank plenty of hits
Encountered the blocks, pissed the shrieker off, didn’t care. Heard that thing crawl from the depths of hell and was immediately stunned. Broke my shield, nearly killed me. And I was blinded it seemed. Gearing back up and going back down. I was trying to get iron, it interrupted that. I took that personally.
Great video, thanks for the help. We went down to an ancient city and looted some of it but the shriekers went off twice and I got the hell outta there lol. We still touched some sensors, catalysts, and shriekers and tried to create spawning conditions for him above ground and set off the shriekers. It didn’t work I guess he only spawns in the ancient city
@@RajCraft update: you can name tag him & get him through nether portals so i imagine he can be manually brought back to a structure 😳 still have to make the structure but he will be in it 100%
Further update: transported a warden through the nether about 5500 overworld blocks and into a massive man-made island made to look like a deep dark biome. extremely difficult but definitely worth it just because it’s such a cool mob.
Great video - you are the first place i have found the 1 strike will decay after 10 minutes of play... I haven't been able to find that anywhere else. This is key to me as I am totally avoiding the Warden!😀
Hold up spoiler when you place the spreader it will not work if mined by a player or the Shulker itself witch to me is sad because I want to make a arena for wardens but he won’t spawn 😰 can you help me with out the use of cheats or commands somehow? 3:21
@@RajCraft can someone please explain how the hell pewdiepie placed a sculk shrieker at his base and spawned a warden? super light out, nowhere near deep dark biome, and not even a catalyst was used, he just placed it and accidentally stepped on it, how the hell did he spawn it i must know
1. Do I have to fight him more than once. 2. I've never even been near a sculk sensor or whatever to even anger him but yet if I mine anywhere near this biome he attacks me? Help. Please and Thank You.
You don’t have to fight them at all. Just sneak that doesn’t trigger the sensors. Also listen for the sculk shrieker when you set it off. Plus use wool blocks as the block the sensors.
So I placed a skulk catalyst and let the skulk spread until shreikers and sensors spawned in does that count to let the warden spawn? Or will it not spawn anywhere but the ancient city?
Does it go away?????? I was just digging down then boom the deep down. Blocked it and kept digging down then boom the warden was summoned. I don't really care because i blocked it off but i can't keep digging because of the vision effect and there's an ancient city below:((((((
Yes, but shriekers cannot summon any Warden while there is one in the surroundings. But there can totally be two Wardens spawning apart from each other that eventually regroup if led to do so by other entities. They won't target each other
