Honestly it takes him such a long time to get to his point… ‘if you can’t explain something simply you don’t understand it well enough’… this video could be done in 2-3 minutes! I won’t be coming back here!
@@KR_LIFTS to be honest all training systems work. I didn’t see ane diff between RPT, pyramid or straight sets. What I find more important is to vary rep ranges and train each muscle group 2-3 times a week. But that’s me, it’s not universal.
