I mean he did accomplish what pep has done but he didn’t do anything revolutionary. Pep changed the game and his style of play was dominant in football for almost a decade. Flick has had an amazing year (and he should have won that award) but Bayern the previous year was still an amazing team.
@@josiahlutchman4913 what does that have to do with anything? Pep managed Bayern in era of ucl dominance by Real Madrid. Flick played in a tournament where they only played one leg and that team won mainly due to Lewandowski, like I said said flick took a great team and didn’t ruin it.

It's simple actually. We have one of the best attackers in the league. Our attackers can win us trophies while the defense is capable of leading us to relegation. We have scored 36 goals and conceded 23 in just 14 games which is mad.
@@hkllm9899 I mean, sometimes we play so well that the team looks almost perfect, and other times its so bad it looks like we need 3/4 replacements. I don't get the inconsistency.
@@waughy9103 lol was given one, Bayern were 7th on the bundesliga table when flick came in also who wins 5 trophies out of five in their first season while having more trophies than loses so far, Bayern were also dominant in the UCL, if the team was all that was needed why haven't they won it for years now, when was the last time Bayern won 5 trophies in a year? Also this is an award for best manager of 2020 not from 2015-20 so it's all about what happened this year so the fact that he built his team doesn't matter. Klopp is really great and deserved last year's own but definitely not this year ( I don't blame him though , he didn't give himself the award, he even said it himself he isn't the best this year).
