Cerdic or Ecgberht to me were probably the first Anglo-Saxon kings in history. Also, fun fact: Ecgberht went by several names in the past like Egbert, Ecgbriht, Ecgbeorht, Ecbert, and Ecgbryht.

You did some pretty extensive research, however the Anglican kings came before 802, which was the mark of the first Saxon or Anglo-Saxon kings, starting with King Egbert, 802 /839 and ending with the Anglo-Saxon king Edmund II (Edmund Ironside) 1016, last Saxon king, short reign... The Saxon Kings came to an end when King Cnut, of the House Cedric and Denmark became king of England and some other places from 1016/1035... The last of the house Cedric and Denmark was Harold II (Godwinson) who took the throne in 1066, he had a short reign too. That ended the Anglo-Danish rule and started the reign of the Norman over lord.
