9:48 Thanks for a fantastic video and I’m so impressed how you reply to everyone!that NEVER happens in the comments section. I have monthly repeat prescriptions for scheduled drugs that I get from my GP/doctor in my country.I have a concern that if I move to Qatar how will I be able to continue being able to obtain the medications as these are scheduled drugs that require a doctor’s prescription? I have been to Qatar in 2017 on holiday and stayed with family.I like the country and Doha is family friendly (better than Dubai imo) and seems to offer a much better work life balance. We are a family of 5 and interested in Qatar. Thanks in advance and your content is honest and to the point 💯
Thank you for watching my video and for the kind words. Honestly speaking I haven’t experienced the issue you are describing because I have not gone through it myself but I’m certain that it will be possible if you see a specialist in Qatar and raise your concern. They will be able to suggest a solution to you - doesn’t seem impossible. Hope that helps. Thanks
Great video but in the beginning you mentioned the amount of the rent without saying whether it is per month or per year and what currency you were using
Sorry could you clear that end part my brother, is it 10000 QAR per month when they're already offering accommodation for free or you can afford accommodation (and everything else) with 10k QAR/ month??
Thanks for this video. It's really informative. Just want to know couple of things, what about gym facilities available in Qatar and subscription rates and the regular medicines( BP, cholesterol or diabetes) which are available in India can we get there also?
Gym memberships are available at monthly, half yearly and annual rates depending on the facilities- like 3k-5k per year. Regular Medicines are available over the country mostly but in some cases might need a prescription

Hy Brother, thank you so much for this wonderful information....I got placed for QNB and I would be moving to Qatar in the month of February hope accommodation would differ a bit considering the Fifa closer. I would also like to know which would be nearest place to my office QNB, msherib so that I can plan my accommodation....I would be moving with my family, wife nd 1year kid. Thanks a Lot for this much needed information....🙏🙏
Welcome to Qatar and thanks for feedback. Mshereib is in the center of the city and Doha is not a very big city, so depending on your city you can stay in any nearby area. I can suggest but im not sure of your budget.
Musherib is one of the most expensive districts in Doha. the closet to stay is central Doha or anywhere in Al Sad make sure you stay around a metro station because musherb is linked to all the the three lines of the metro
Hi Ajay, Looks like you moved to Doha in 2022. My husband has been offered with 15k so if me and my husband move there and plan for a baby after going there. Is this salary manageable. Can we save anything with this ?
Sir what will be actuall salary of a software engineer with an experience of 5 yr in india and with impressive coading skill. I'll be very glad and waiting for ur reply ❤
How is the job market in Qatar ? I have 5 years experience in telecom sector as an IT expert. Should i leave my job and move to Qatar on visit visa to find a job ?
Job market has improved in Qatar post-Covid and with all the economic activity driven by the world cup. Would be interesting to see how it’s sustain in 2023, although we can see all positive indicators. I would not recommend leaving your job and coming. But do some job research on your industry in Qatar through LinkedIn etc, and then plan and come for the search.
Hello …. My husband has salary offer of 15k Rials . and I am planning for a baby after going there. If i am a dependancy and not earning. Is it possible to save anything ?? As per your video. Monthly expense looks like 17k rial but you said salary should be above10k
Yes, the total expenses are listed down on the video. Now depends if you are not indulging in anything particular or don’t have fees to pay, then that can be saved. Saving is a personal effort :)
My husband got an offer from Qatar Doha for 30000 rupees (3 Lakh INR) Monthly, can you please suggest can we manage our family expenses over there with this amount? We have a 1.5 year old baby boy. Your suggestion will really help us to make a decision so please reply sir.
hello, thank you for your question. Please go through the video as towards the end I have given a full breakdown of all expenses. As your child is not going to school, you will be able to manage expenses in amount. Should not be a problem.
is there a fees to keep family in qatar? I live in Saudi and they charge 400 SAR /month per family member which too much if want to keep family with me.
There is no such fee per family member but obviously the usual visa fee, medical etc applies, which mostly are covered by the employers depending on your grade.
@@haiderxayan good question. I made a detailed video on school fees. School Fees in Doha | Cost of Living in Qatar 2023 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UBr7M_BweAw.html
Hi there, great post with insights into things to think about and associated costs. I am in the process of accepting a job offer, would you be available for a quick chat to help me with some specific questions i had? Would be great if i can contact you directly. Thanks
first of all very well informed video about Qatar. I am actually thinking of moving out to Qatar not for work but for retirement, with my wife and 2 kids. I have a monthly income myself from stock around $10,000 dollars a month (around 36k Riyal monthly). would that be a good amount for the overall living expenses in Qatar? and my spending habits are not that expensive actually its very normal.
Nice🎉. Thanks so much for this enlightenment. I am actually planning to get a job and come over to Qatar with my family. Please can I private chat you on your Whatsap or email?
