Gun's aren't glitched, you can rotate them by holding down the right mouse button and moving your mouse around - its been like that for ages

late on this one btw, you can still get it. Just go to the derby and glitch out and walk to the normal lobby because the devs were lazy, at the back jump on the cactus and tree then jump down. The cyber truck has only sold 359 or so copies
