Even more shocking is that she still never got a single vote the entire post merge. Even if I knew she'd never win immunity, I'd be trying to get her out before people like Debbie and Hali.
Usually I’m against bringing real world politics into survivor. But even as a conservative myself, it’s pretty funny to dunk on survivors with some wacko beliefs 😂
Being anti Covid vaccine is not a bad thing. I know people who were very healthy, and then got the vaccine and all of the sudden had heart problems. Y’all putting that rushed vax in you just because the government said so is crazy. Educate yourself.
@@freddytang2128 I'm a progressive, and I think the major reason Idoled Out's political barbs are solidly funny is that he's subtle about it, hinting in a cheeky manner, rather than going over the top.
OK, Michelle deserves so much credit She is the only winner that came back , made it to final tribal Council, and never got voted out. Everybody on winners at war has been eliminated now at least once, even Tony got voted.
No she doesn’t. She played victim all game and was never going to win. That’s why nobody voted her out. She was goat and didn’t know it. That why she went to MTV to she if she can manipulate to young and braindead over there. She almost got it done but when your built on spoiled privilege. It happily never works out.
@@IdoledOuty’all overrated social game so much these days it’s ruined survivor. Whining and manipulating people is given way too much credit. Terrible staples to take from survivor. This is why foreign survivor has surpassed the original. North American society appreciates gossip, manipulation and laziness. Being athletic or competitive are disadvantages because 80% of society and game players want to play the victim awards for the entirety of the game.
@@matthewdivoll3453 well I mean she wasn’t the first to achieve that title because of Amanda but now she is the only one cause Amanda was voted out on heroes vs villains
I think a cool idea for a video is something like "Survivor Records that Will Never Be Broken". Like I can't see anyone beating Rob's days played record, or Terry's single season challenge victories.
Average days lasted per season is another one. Literally can't be broken, because it was set by the runner up of Outback (the only 42-day season), who never played again.
it would likely be further down on the list since unlike others it can technically be broken but i dont think this season's record of four people *in a row* (or five if you wanna extend it to any sort of advantage) going out with an idol in their pocket will likely ever be topped unless you know. that happens to someone in the finale as well
@@trekker105If they brought back both that guy and Elisabeth Hasselback (not that they would) then the record would fall and there would be a 44-way tie among all players who have lasted an average of 39 days: Michelle Fitzgerald and 43 one-off players who went the distance once.
@@trekker105 Correction: The 3rd place finisher of Outback, who was Keith. Colby was the runner-up, who played 2 times more. Keith was the one who never played again.
You should make a list of the longest times survivor went between season. For example amber and ethan went 16 years between their 2nd and 3rd seasons so they would be number 1
I once made a chronological list of those who'd had the longest gaps. It started with Rich, Rudy, Sue and Jenna. Then Fairplay broke their record, then Sandra broke his, then Skupin, then Gervase, then Kelly Wiggs, and then, yes, Amber and Ethan.
@@aperson22222 if we're lucky, maybe someone is season 50 will hold the new record. Factoring in the 1 year hiatus due to COVID, it pretty much means anyone before HvV.
@@tylerhaggerty4805Are we counting by calendar years or seasons? I suppose the gap makes it possible for someone to break the record by one standard but not the other. But I hope they don’t go back that far to find all stars. Game Changers should be the cutoff.
@@aperson22222 agreed. There's too many good people to chose from after game changers, but I'd be okay with any one-time players from any era. And I was counting by calendar years to get the HvV cutoff, but what's a record without controversy?😅
It’s funny how so many of the contestants on this list got voted out the first or second tribal council they were eligible to get eliminated at. The rest of the cast was like, “we should just get rid of this person because we finally can.” Also, two of those contestants could’ve saved themselves at the tribal councils they went home (Chris from Ghost Island had an idol that he go from the titular island, and Marcus from Gabon found an idol but opted to throw it away before the tribes went back to camp). When you end up immune for so long, you really get too comfortable.
I thought for sure Joe in Cambodia would top the list, but once you gave your explanation for Yul, it made sense. I'm assuming his tribe won immunity for the one or two Tribal Councils before he found the Idol, so if that's the case, he went his whole Cook Islands season without ever being eligible to get voted out.
That’s right. His tribe came in first at both pre swap challenges before the swap, and was sent to exile after the second immunity challenge, where he found the idol. The funny thing is, if Jonathan hadn’t flipped back to Aitu, I think Yul still would’ve beaten out Joe for the number of days without the eligibility to get voted out. I can’t fully remember what day it was that Jonathan flipped but I think it was after day 29 (or the tribal council after when Candace was sent home was after 29).
@@nicholasjessup6788If Jonathan didn't flip back to Aitu at the merge, Yul's idol is flushed and Nate goes home, but then the next tribal (the Candice boot) is day 30, so you're right.
11:38 "We're talking Akuma in Super Turbo levels of busted here". Okay, I both really appreciate that, and am now desperately trying to find ways to somehow make a Raging Demon analogy work here, lol.
I’m still so confused how Tavua had Cirie, Andrea, Sarah and Ozzy and was so invisible, like by the second swap Andrea, Ozzy, Cirie and Aubry were the only threats left.
Not counting jury votes, you mean. If you do count jury votes, there have been a bunch in the 40s: Sid the Brat in 41, Zach in 42, Matthew in 44, and shit, what's her name, the woman who dropped out of 45 right away so she could smoke. Oh, and Jelinsky in 46, right? Didn't he lose his vote? Then you've got a handful of players (I think 5?) who were medevacced before the first tribal. And the two players in 10 who were left out of the schoolyard pick. And Jenna M left 8 without voting, but of course she'd already played a full season.
@@aperson22222I guess if you count before new age and the whole shot in the dark mechanism. And yea jury vote usually don’t count when we do these sort of stats
@@freddytang2128Well for the first, I think, thirty seasons, everyone voted at every tribal (gee, imagine that!) so the only way not to vote was to be pulled from the game before you ever went to one. In which case you wouldn’t make the jury anyway. I believe Chris _is_ the only player whose only vote was a jury vote.
Methodology for Rankings: 1:05 #5 - Cirie (Game Changers) - 1:59 #4 - Tie - Michelle & Nick (Kaoh Rong), Chris (Ghost Island), Julie (EoE): 3:41 #3 - Marcus (Gabon) - 7:06 #2 - Joe (Cambodia) - 9:16 #1 - Jul (Cook Islands) - 11:04 Thank you for another great video Luke! We love your channel so much for this Survivor fix!
I was half-expecting Chris Underwood to be on the list, I believe between his time on the edge and his time back in the game at the end, he beats Joe’s record technically (the final 4 is a question of if Final 4 Firemaking counts as “up for elimination” for this video.)
Id love a reverse of that, when was the latest somebody was immune, probably not that many people with that high numbers because the tribe had to always lose, but that would be intersting to me
Looking back on Survivor 46 season, days before the finale, I think the producers may planted LOTS of hidden messages about the reasons or ways players will be eliminate. I also added some guesses for what could have been for final 5... Moriah - FAST drowning / Acqua in bocca Tim - Holding on too long to Siga Jem - Got carried (with Siga digging) / Too confidednt (IDOL IN POCKET) Ben - (?) Can't keep it up / Exaustion Charlie - (?) Backstab/Fighting Maria head to head Maria - (?) Battled Charlie openly / got BAMBOOzoled Jess - "No one is home" face Bhanu - A mess, crying Jelinsky - Mud and sand... just the worst Tiffany - Collapsed in challenge, Holding to BIG public idol (IDOL IN POCKET) Q - Charlie (&Ben) on his blindside / sweating in Tribals(IDOL IN POCKET) Kenzie - (?) Slid to the bottom of the stack / Lost control Liz - (?) Going backwards (first cut) / Eyes in the prize Hunter - L block / closed his eyes (IDOL IN POCKET) Randen - Bad on his knees - Can't be seen in first cut (out with injury) Venus - Actually smiling and confident (rare) (IDOL IN POCKET) Tevin - Quick cut (live tribal) Soda - Things heat up (1st jury member)
The only reason not to use it would be blowback on your No. 1 ally, it’s not completely similar but in Australian Survivor Brains VS Brawn, Cara played her idol on George despite being the backup target It’s not in any way a logical play but a highly emotional player could see the self sacrifice as a fitting end
you should do a video like this except players who went far into the game without every being targeted or ever having their name heavily suggested before a vote
Wouldn’t the Edge of Extinction players technically qualify as a technicality? Reem was in the game for like 33 days without being eligible to be voted out, because she already was.
I considered including this, but ultimately decided not to include Edge technicalities just because then the entire video would be clogged up with them. I should have mentioned that though!
@@IdoledOut Yah no I totally understand not actually counting them, because it would just be the whole video and it was such a bizarre one-off mechanic.
Michelle is the only two time player that is a winner that has never been voted out! But still didn’t get any votes at final tribal council in winner at wars!
Michelle and Nick if their play in current day Survior their would have been immunity for 22 of 26 days a which leaves only four days without immunity!
I don’t believe Yul should count for the purposes of this list, he was fully able to be voted for which goes against every other idea of “guaranteed safety” that an individual or tribal immunity win gives you. It just doesn’t feel like it should be counted in the same respect
Current season SPOILER and a question.... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . so by my count the last four folks voted out all went out with an unplayed idol in their pocket - whats the longest run of votes like that? Is this the record?
not just that but SEVEN people this season have gone out with an advantage, that's insane to me -- like even if that doesn't happen to the final 5 boot that'll still mean this happened to more then half of the people voted out this season
Actually, the most immune player of all time is me, because I have never been at risk of going home in the game of Survivor in my whole life. Ever! Even once!
@@aperson22222 I get that, but it would have to be done before going into the vote. With Yul, people could still vote for him going in to vote; he would then just be able to negate them
He went to tribal council before he found the idol, so he was already vulnerable before he found it. Yes he was immune for a long time, but I think the spirit of this video was players who were immune for the most amount of days from the start of the game, rather than a stretch of time after already being vulnerable.
Before, it used to be a where you can basically go the whole game being a well liked competitor. Just look at Tom’s win. Yes it’s early in the show be things were a lot more genuine. Respect and admiration were real. Now we have a bunch of people being unbelievably fake to each other, waiting to back stab anyone who shows any level of competence in competition. I hate hearing people talk about jury management when 80% of the players are badly acting. Charlie has been so fake and cringey when talking about Maria I’m glad his backstab didn’t work. Instead of being an actual human being that would literally just say “Maria has been my closest ally all game but she’s a threat and has to go. Instead of being so fake about it like it’s crushing you when you’ve been planning it with the useless 3 for a couple weeks. It’s bad acting, show writing and tv. The “players” these days are faker than Kim Kardiasian physique. Survivor is cooked in its current state. They should take a break and maybe do some real scouting for competitors. I don’t how much 70% non competitive crybabies who just gossip as strategy is going to last much longer. It’s not fun to watch and sad for one of the best game shows ever created.
Do you just choose to ignore Tom’s spiteful vendetta against Ian in the finale ultimately convincing Ian to quit the game at the final 3. People have been very emotional for a very long time, wasn’t Feras nearly tearing up as he even considered cutting Kirby loose at the final 5
@@XanderMatthews-nv9zf as I stated a least that was real. These people are literally acting around each other. Tom was hurt by Ian but Ian didn’t owe him anything and others expressed that to him. He chose to simp for Tom. It actually shows the power of their relationship. Ian was felt bad about his move. He didn’t have to but he did. What Charlie is doing is the most fabricated version of that.
