For $1M you’d get a house that sold for $500-$600k a couple of years ago. I look at the sale history and the majority sold in the past 1-3y. So much flipping. New houses are five feet apart with no lot. Orlando was a let down.
What are your thoughts on Bella Collina in Montverde? Love the neighborhood and how beautiful it is, but I don’t know if I love the surrounding area as much 😂
I had the same dilemma as well. Planned to build on the estate side, but just couldn’t quite pull the trigger. Love the community, but it’s just kinda by itself. How’re you guys enjoying it so far?
I fear as though I’ll become predictable but I’m OBSESSED with that house in Maitland! Lots of character with an actual yard (yard space and some property buffer would be a non-negotiable for us) instead of having to walk down to whatever HOA amenities are in the neighborhood. Plus like you said, it’s close enough to downtown and the parks to be accessible but you’re far enough away to be away from the chaos.
Love the best at last. being Canadian it would be a little more lol. But that is why we watch your videos. To be inspired and to dream. Keep those beautiful properties coming. Thank you
@@kenpozek Not surprising. I visited Laureate Park a few weeks ago and decided we are going to buy there. Such a nice community, and everyone was super friendly. We come from the north and are not used to everyone smiling our way while walking lol
Four gorgeous houses. Loved the last one on the golf course, although it took me a minute to figure out the strange orientation to the cul-de-sac. I was surprised at what you can get for $1M, but the key is being 15-30 minutes away from WDW. Which makes sense.
@@YesDHawk1313 if you are broke and love crime, Horizon West is number one. Is your partner still giving Disney cast members living in Horizon West much love and massages? 🤣
@@mastergundam123 your sick in the head. Horizon west homes go for more then lake nona. Horizon west fastest growing community and winter garden number one place to live in Orlando.
@@YesDHawk1313 i am not even involved in this debate and i checked online and Lake Nona has way higher appreciation than Horizon West. Dude you are just making this up.
