@@ijudgeanime Why would saitama even need to exert himself or evolve against a character who can be injured by a mere rock? Honestly, I have no clue how power scaling works in the dragon ball universe. I mean, there's that dragon ball super episode where goku fights beerus, and it's just plain baffling. How can you "almost destroy the universe" but end up destroying only a few planets, leaving everything else unscathed? And the whole "chain reaction" thing just sounds like cosmological gibberish. I get that anime isn't always realistic, but dialogue lines that are pure nonsense shouldn't be considered as evidence for power scaling. In one punch man, things are refreshingly straightforward. Statements and feats are consistently taken seriously, unlike in dragon ball. Some claim that buu could effortlessly reduce saitama to dust, but that notion seems absurd if you've watched one punch man. Saitama can withstand attacks that obliterate countless stars (galaxies) and remain completely unfazed. He can hop from one planet to another in mere seconds and move at light speed just by, well, farting. His speed is mind bogglingly fast, allowing him to create hundreds of after images simultaneously at the same time. His sneeze alone could destroy multiple earths and he can punch through spiritual spaces, bathe in lava, breathe in space without oxygen and casually handle hyperspace portals as if they were nothing. The thing is, saitama always comes out of fights without a scratch, not even realizing when he's faced with planetary level attacks. Considering these feats, it's abundantly clear how absurdly powerful this character is. Can you even imagine how much more insane his feats could get when he goes up against god? Regardless of words or assumptions, we should base our assessment on what's evident, not just favoritism. It's all about logical thinking and it's evident that saitama would come out on top in a battle against buu.
@mrfamer3752
@mrfamer3752 4 месяца назад
@@ace5759 "It's all about logical thinking " You say that but you can't even do that yourself. Unless you see something big go boom, it seems you would just dismiss it. How would you show a character destroying an infinite sized realm? You can't. You can show a character destroy a thing, but without a bit of text stating it is as such, it would just be a vauge feat. This goes to show how much stronger goku is than saitama. Because saitama only destroy things we have in real life, like planets or stars. But characters in dragon ball, are shown or stated to destroy universes and dimensions, putting them at 4D levels of power, or more than infinitely stronger the anything in OPM. To say "dialogue lines that are pure nonsense shouldn't be considered as evidence for power scaling" is literally ignoring like half of the shit you see in fiction. You need statements to really get anywhere, just because you don't like them dosen't mean its not true. As long as said statement comes from a reliable source and is not contradicted, its fine. Because then you have evidence, and to debunk said evidence, you would need to prove its false by one of the ways I mentioned earlier. And in dragon ball you have the narrator, a character beyond the show that comments on everything that happens, to give context, hence a reliable source. A when the sky is breaking apart because buu screams, or when he breaks out of a room separate from the regular universe, its clear than he scales to such levels. And Vegito, the strongest character at that time, is the only one who can then fight him, meaning its not contradicted that he is that strong. Heck even perfect cell has statments from the narrator that he has infinite battle power, meaning saitama would not even get past the cell saga. Not to mention speed. Which if you do any basic math (im guessing you cant) you would find that dragon ball characters are stupid fast. Saitama would be like a statue by like mid Z. And dragon ball characters as ki attacks and the likes, meanwhile saitama can only really punch stuff, so on multiple aspects he would be lesser. Saitama is impressive yes, and is writen to be strong, but when you compare him to characters outside his verse, don't be surprised when he dosen't scale. And yeah this is a late reply, but stuff you say on the internet stays there.

Saitama not having a "limit" that we've seen doesn't make him literally limitless. His ability to grow during fights won't matter if the person he's fighting is already leagues above him before the fight started. He makes it to the buu saga, and then gets hard stopped. OPM meatriders are crazy. We've only seen galaxy+ feats from him, which means he makes to galaxy+ feats. Literal fodder characters in super are universal, he'd get whopped by current manga arc humans, including Yamcha, purely because they scale above base goku who was universal by the time the T.O.P dropped, and then only grew even further after that. And again, these humans scale above said base Goku. Krillin pushed him to Super Saiyan, and the other humans can scale to Krillin. I can't wait for you to not address this terrible take in any future videos or the comment section, and considering Saitama's tendency to just try to tank attacks instead of blocking or dodging them, there's a good chance he wouldn't even make it past fat buu purely because of the candy beam existing. He isn't anywhere close to Buuhan and Vegito's level, so he wouldn't be able to fight while being a candy. Buu attempts a candy beam, Saitama being his cocky self tries to tank, fight's over. This scenario works with any of the buus besides kid buu since we haven't really seen him use it, but that's not an issue since he isn't making it past super buu in terms of raw stats anyway. It'd make for an interesting fight, sure, but Super Buu being a tricky fighter who'd easily keep up with Saitama makes the fight a nearly low diff win the moment the candy beam is used, or if he's wrapped in Buu's skin and gets absorbed. Pair this with your terrible Luffy scaling and its pretty clear you don't know squat about Dragon Ball as a series.

Saitama is someone who removed his limiter all together, according to Doctor Genus. If that's literal or true, Saitama is meant to be "limitless". Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean he is already infinite in everything. But there are hints of that being true: 1. Saitama doesn't follow the rules of logic all the time. He's been shown entering a spiritual realm that doesn't exist in the real world by punching through its "sky"...what? He also grabs and moves a hyperspace portal that is supposed to be impossible to interact with, even for Cosmic Garou. 2. Saitama's serious mode isn't really serious. Saitama himself says that his "killer moves" are nothing special as he can normally kill all his enemies with one punch. 3. You can't say Saitama caps at Galaxy level, as he himself isn't even impressed after making a literal hole in space (Garou himself says Saitama was literally unfazed by what happened). 4. Saitama saying "I can let loose, at full power, against someone who can stand up" doesn't mean he's using his full power against Garou. Saitama meant that he can fight freely without worrying about people and buildings around him getting damaged. If we assume Saitama was using 100% of his power, how can he blow a hole in space with a serious punch, while holding back, but when he doesn't hold back, he can't even blow up Jupiter's Moon with his punches? The statement clearly contradicts itself. 5. In a bonus chapter, a training Saitama (who didn't remove his limiter yet and still had his hair) was beaten to a pulp by a Tiger Level Monster. About 5 seconds after his defeat, however, he got up all smily and casual and then punched a big hole in the same Monster's face. This shows a far weaker Saitama being able to grow way stronger than his already superior opponent in seconds. And that version of Saitama still had his limiter on. Just think of what today's "limitless" Saitama can do compared to that. 6. Saitama's exponential rate of growth we saw in the Garou fight isn't a good depiction of how fast Saitama can truly grow during a battle. This comes from Saitama saying to Garou that the whole point of their fight is to let the latter copy and surpass his serious mode. This proves Saitama wasn't even trying or willing to grow stronger than before. He wanted and waited for Garou to become superior to him. The chapter explains that Saitama's growth was triggered by an "upsurge of emotion", meaning he was growing dozens to hundreds of times stronger in microseconds unintentionally and subconsciously. Now think of Saitama ACTUALLY having the intention of becoming stronger. 7. Saitama can easily copy and improve upon both Garou's martial arts (like the chop that Garou used to cut cage centipede in half) and the techniques that were made possible only through God's power, like his time travel ability. 8. Saitama himself doesn't understand or know how his power truly works. From his perspective, he just did a decent workout for 3 years and that was enough to make him too strong. He often tells people to try out his workout and even thinks it's going to have the same effect on them. This means we can't really trust the limitations Saitama gives to his power. 9. Saitama's adaptability is very high. He once became able to bathe in lava in seconds. In the Garou fight, he learned to breath in space while in the Boros fight he couldn't. 10. Saitama hasn't taken damage yet. All instances of the manga kinda showing him being injured have been debunked by fans and the narrative of the story: Saitama doesn't ever get impressed or react to "his damage" in the way we know he would react (how he reacted in his dream against the subterraneans) In other words, current Saitama caps somewhere we don't know yet, in both power and potential growth (if he really caps anywhere in the first place). Current feats aren't truly close to pinpointing Saitama's level Even if you haven't been convinced by the hints above, Saitama has been confirmed to be a gag character by both the writer and the artist of the manga (ONE explains the opm webcomic is a gag story and Murata said "yes" when asked if Saitama is a gag character)
@joshuacounters5947
@joshuacounters5947 Год назад
@@gio.gionosakan I agree with the way how ONE describes a gag character, not the majority of the fanbase’s take of a gag character. In chapter 160 monster garou smacks saitama’s face where he tells Tareo ‘Don’t worry. He can’t hurt me.’ Fast forwarding to chapter 165 after garou goes saitama mode and after they connect with the consecutive normal punches saitama comes out the water and literally says ‘and I went and made a big deal about telling that kid I wouldn’t get hurt.” The context is clearly set in stone brother. But some stans are so much in denial some legitimately sit here and say ‘oh well i don’t count that as damage.’ Saitama isn’t gonna sit there and say “I may have finally gotten what I wished for…” for an opponent that can’t damage him. That makes zero sense. The conversation he had with the kid. Saitama went out of his way to show the kid that Garou could not hurt him by taunting him into attacking him. Which Garou did right in the face. Saitama did that to prove in front of the kid that Garou couldn't hurt him. Now fast forward the moment Garou went into Saitama mode and gave Saitama a taste of his own medicine Saitama said and I quote "AW, MAN...AND I MADE A BIG DEAL ABOUT TELLING THAT KID I WOULDN'T GET SCRATCHED" Saitama is referring to the convo he had with the kid. Him saying AW, MAN..AND I MADE A BIG DEAL ABOUT TELLING THAT KID I WOULDN'T GET HURT” Is Saitama admitting that he took damage. I'm getting tired of you people asking when did he say he got hurt when it's clear as day when he said it. Your argument is literally this in a nutshell: “oh well it doesn’t look like he took damage.” “If saitama took damage he would’ve made a big deal about it.” “I don’t see any blood so therefore he didn’t take any damage.” “He’s just dirty like he’s always been.” “Oh he’s a gag character.” You people use all of these excuses to override the actual context of the conversation Saitama had with Monster Garou and Tareo. Sitting here talking about it can be interpreted a certain way when it’s made clear as day that it’s talking about actual damage. You cannot go by consistency of drawings. People who say “oh he doesnt look damaged” is pure speculation. When Saitama gets copied by Garou for the first time, his face is covered in dirt. Fast forward when he kicks the portal away and socks garou in the face, the dirt in his face is completely gone. Next panel: when saitama flips the portal, the dirt is back on his face. Fast forward when Saitama farts to earth, not a smidge of dirt is seen in his face. There is no dirt in sight. The drawings are so inconsistent. so when people sit here and say “oh but theres no scratches covering his body and hes not bleeding” yall become so desperate to convince you and other people that this man didn’t take damage that yall are overlooking how inconsistent that way of thinking is when Murata isn’t even being consistent with the dirt on his face. you’re relying on inconsistent visuals to discredit Saitama bragging to the kid that he wouldn't get hurt and then later on admitting Garou was actually able to hurt him even though he made a big deal that he wouldn't be able to. *if you don't agree with the actual context of the conversation, provide proof of what the context actually is. Don't just give me your opinion talking about some “I don't think he took damage because of x y and z”* Provide proof of the correct context of the conversation that's being addressed. That’s the entire point he didn’t make it a big deal but he did take damage. Too much of the fandom thinks that Saitama is supposed to make a huge deal out of taking *MINOR* damage and *THAT’S* the problem here. *why would Saitama overreact and get excited from a measly scratch? Even when Saitama admitted that he finally found a worthy opponent he still wasn’t excited.* You people are ignoring Saitama’s *actual* reaction to this. And you’re trying to override that with your very own headcannon you got up in your head that he supposed to be excited and all that extra while blatantly ignoring his *actual* reactions. You got this image on how Saitama would react to damage, you got this image on how Saitama is supposed to look when he’s finally damaged, or how he’s supposed to be excited when he finally gets his wish, all of these images you’ve got up in your head are pure headcannon and these are the actual reactions that we get wether you like it or not but since they don’t fit your narrative, you’re dismissing the correct translation. Your pov is that you’re just too biased to look at this information for what it is and you’re flipping what’s actually being said and shown to fit your narrative. He was unfazed by the full power of the serious punch squared because he wasn’t suppressed during the time like he was when he admitted to being damaged. When fans claim “Saitama didn’t even go full power in the serious punch squared” Then why did he say he may have finally gotten what he wished for? He said it because he thought he could take care of Garou with the serious punch because he went all out so much to the degree where the same saitama who holds back collateral damage of his punches to protect earth or people around him did not care about destroying the earth so much to the degree where Blast was forced to redirect the wave created by their full powered clash. Right before Garou kills genos he said “That bald guy still wasn’t giving his all. But now I can copy his full strength and defeat him. I need to make him get serious…” That was why he killed Genos, to make him get serious and copy his full power that he would have never reached if it wasn’t for that copy ability so clearly he had to get it out of saitama. If Garou wouldn’t have copied Saitama’s serious punch, he would have obviously died. Not only this, but this serious punch was different seeing how it’s the narrator saying that, not Saitama. He’s not making it up like he did with Boros, things have changed DRASTICALLY in this chapter… It baffles me how people don't pay attention to the actual context of what's going on. because when a character face goes black like that in other fictions they have completely snapped with anger. Take gon from Hunter × Hunter as a prime example when he was fighting against that Chimera ant. His face went completely black from Pure rage and he mustered up all of his power. Seriously, Garou stating “at this rate, one of these punches are going to kill me” is a clear indicator that this man saitama did NOT care about tareo’s promise during the brief moments where he had the black face.

Everyone is free to have their own opinion, but based on Saitama's current level, he was scaled very poorly. Even if you don't take the Dragon Ball cosmology into consideration (which makes DB characters completely and utterly absurd.), Saitama is already getting hit butt handily kicked by the Buu saga. People mention his power growth all the time. In fact, they very commonly use many incorrect assumptions about it, to try to scale Saitama higher than he actually is. Such as saying that the growth is based on the power of his opponent (which it has nothing to do with), or wanking the speed of his growth (which his exponentially increased growth might put him up to a conservative estimate for current DB character growth.).

He has 2 canon levels. There is his normal growth rate, which the manga describes as something that he just naturally has at all times (which is an incredibly slow rate, compared to Dragon Ball character's growth. Not even worth bringing up.). Then he has his exponentially increased growth, which happens in response to an extreme surge of emotion.
@nicholas-dv1mg
@nicholas-dv1mg 9 месяцев назад
@@ikeillue8385 not in the same way that saitama does, every action that he does makes him grow stronger, while there normally is a cap which is at the end of the story in which their growth stops or slows down by countless times because they reached and surpassed the peak of their verse, but saitama has far surpassed the peak of his verse and will always growth further. that's what we call adaptive, something happens and he grows in response to it, it's also basic human biology to grow in respond to stimuli, but of course the human body has a limit on how much it can grow and how much stimuli it can handle, but saitama's doesn't, it's why even when the stimuli decreases as his workouts and fighting become easier, he still grows the same amount or even more than before, to the point that he can destroy his past self in one punch.
@ikeillue8385
@ikeillue8385 9 месяцев назад
@@nicholas-dv1mg Wrong. Its in the exact same way Saitama does. Limitless just means that you will never reach a point when your power can't increase any further. This is true of basically every Shonen character ever created. Also no, his growth has absolutely nothing to do with the actions he does. Its a natural growth that just happens, and that growth can be increased with a powerful enough emotional trigger. Correct, normally there is a cap at which time growth stops. However, as I said, Shonen characters do not have that cap. So long as they train/fight/exercise/whatever else they do (or just naturally grow in Saitama's case), they will always grow stronger. This is literally one of, if not the single most common tropes in Shonen anime. Saitama is not special for having no limits. Sort of. Adaptive growth generally implies that you are adapting to the environment, or some other physical factor, as well as it generally assumes a spectrum, which is untrue in Saitama's case. Saitama's "adaptive growth" is a binary (its either active or not), and its based on an exceptionally strong surge of emotion. Sure, you can consider that adaptive growth if you want to, as you could squint and say that he is adapting to the surge of emotion. But again, adaptation generally implies something physical in nature that the body is overcoming, which is not what happens with Saitama.

Though in the run between Freiza and Buuhan, there’s several Galaxy-universal busting statements made.

Saitama would lose to Buu. We already saw Vegeta blow himself up with Vegeta being confident it would kill Buu. And Vegeta doesn't make mistakes in battle (btw this was with a way weaker Buu before he got the added Piccolo regenaration). And Buu survived it has been stated multiple times that Buu has even better regenaration than perfect Cell. And it took a GIAGANTIC father son kamehameha to beat him. And Saitama can use a serious punch sure but his punches were never really shown to vaporize anything. They were either destroyed or there was a hole clean trough it or they exploded but none of these things would even work on Fat Buu. Blowing up well that was mostly if the things he destroyed could explode or if he just put so much force into it. But exploding would blow Buu or Buuhan in this case to pieces which he could regenarate from same for the hole in his chest. Saitama has no ability to vaporize every last atom so that won't work either. And well lastly Buuhan is stronger than kid buu. And kid buu can be said to be equal to SSJ3 Goku due to their battle. It was stated that SSJ3 Goku could destroy the kai's planet if he wanted to. The planet of Kai's is the size of the universe. But the problem is the universe is 99% empty meanwhile the planet of the kai's is 99% not empty so we have to just do the size of the universe times 99 and take everything that isn't empty. So destroying the planet of the kai's would equal to destroying 99 universes. Since Kid Buu is equal to that level Kid Buu had the power to destroy the kai's planet aswell. Meaning Kid Buu could destroy 99 universes aswell (btw i ain't talking about universe 7 bc that includes multiple realms i am talking about 99x our universe here). Buuhan is stronger than both SSJ3 Goku and Kid Buu meaning he could destroy 99 universes and more. We have never seen such a big feat from Saitama. Plus at any point in time Buu could absorb Saitama. Even tho Saitama grows we have seen how he grows he grows during battle but he has a few stop points he doesn't keep on growing. Even if you say Saitama can destroy the universe (which is pretty debatable but lets say he can prob at full power) that would still mean Kid Buu is 99x stronger. And Buuhan is stronger than Kid Buu even with Saitama's growth one punch from a Buuhan not holding back could kill him with one punch. EVEN IF SAITAMA SOMEHOW SURVIVES A UNIVERSAL DESTROYING PUNCH and somehow is able to back Buuhan into a corner Buuhan can just absorb him. And you can't say it wouldn't happen as Gohan was absorbed by a weaker version of Buu (weaker than Buuhan). And the only reason Vegito knew Buu was gonna absorb him was bc he already knew of this ability and bc of the ki from the piece of Buu that was gonna absorb him. Since Saitama can't sense ki he wouldn't have known that. Even if you say he somehow knew about this ability there is no way he could know when it's gonna absorb him. So either Saitama would be killed by Buuhan or absorbed by Buuhan but in no reality is Saitama able to beat Buuhan. Saitama ends at the buu saga. Buuhan could beat him hell even Kid Buu could at that point. And btw Beerus was casually beating up SSJ3 Goku who was stronger than SSJ3 buu saga Goku who as said before could destroy 99 universes. Beerus while holding back was shaking universe 7 which included the kai planet otherworld and hell which are in some games or manga's even stated to have an infinite size. Meaning a Beerus holding back can shake 99 universes and an infinite amount of well volume. A beerus not holding back could destroy all of universe 7 (btw a holding Beerus using 0.0001% could already defeat full power Buu saga SSJ3 Goku. Meaning he had to hold back his power alot while fighting SSG or atleast his destructive power. Bc a Beerus using 1% power could destroy 99 universes. But like i said Saitama would lose at the buu saga and maybe even the Cell Saga bc like i said with Buu Saitama has no way of destroying every last piece of Buu or Cell. Making Cell just grow stronger eveytime till Cell gets bored and just blows up the planet. Kinda like the failed earth blowing up event he did Saitaa can't teleport and so Saitama would die alongside the earth.

The full quote here is Shin actually saying Kid Buu is a threat to the universe, not that he can blow it up in one go, as he "wiped out hundreds of planets in just a few years". Wich Vegeta thinks is not that impressive btw. We're given more context later on, when Goku and Vegeta fight. Here we find out Goku is "at least stronger than Gohan was back then" - Since Gohan was arguably a x2 Solar System Buster. Goku is 4 times that as SS3. Bare minimum. About SS3, Old Kai feels his Ki. Sure. But Goku can sense the Namekians Ki from Earth as well... Are Namekians Galaxy-Level or something? Nope. Ki can be sensed from afar, apparently. And SS3 is truly a force to be reckond. The actual feat - as Tien says - is SS3 shaking the whole Earth. (this doesn't mean Goku is just planetary) Still aboout Goku: at no point in the Buu Saga Goku got any stronger as it's never mentioned, not implied, nor shown, nor anything else. Lastly, we know Kid Buu is as strong as SS3 Goku. Meaning they're both around that Solar System x8-ish. Considering how an axplosion that can potentially blow up 8 Solar Systems is actually not enough to literally destroy more then one at once (because of the many lightyears in between) - Kid Buu needs to travel from one system to another to destroy the planets. Hence why, "hundreds of planets in just a few years".

@@marinomele4575No, that's a common misconception, the SSJ3 instance has nothing to do with sensing Ki, power=/=Ki, and this has been explained many times in the story. On the contrary, his power reaching the Kaioshin Realm is said in the story to be something completely unbelievable to the Kais, even though they can sense far weaker Kis to/from the Kaioshin Realm without any issue. Ki sensing to/from the Kaioshin Realm isn't anything impressive in the story if you actually knew anything accurate about it, Base Gohan, Base Goten, Base Trunks, regular humans, SSJ1 Goku/Vegeta, etc. can all be sensed at that distance. This indicates that Goku's feat has nothing to do with sensing energy, something already clear from the wording. "sensing energy" isn’t compatible with the Kanji used in the scans. The scan used the Kanji for "power" (something constantly separated in the story from Ki or energy and used for basically force) and was Saying that said power reached/arrived to the Kaioshin Realm, something which is diametrically opposed to how Ki sensing works in the story.

Simple answer he wouldn't get past battle of gods. Saitama has never once had a feat of universe scaling something super saiyan god goku is at with ease as the kaioshin planet alone is stated to be universe sized and it exists in a relatively small microcosm in universe seven and multiple characters stated goku and beerus were hitting each other with the force to destroy the entirety of universe seven, no ifs ands or buts. Note that goku then proceeded to absorb that power into base form in which he then consistently multiplies his power by 4 billion times in which he then proceeds to need to multiply his power by a further 20x just to survive the universe 6 vs universe 7 battles arc against hit. No it's not that it was mostly beerus contributing the force for that as if it was enough to bridge the scaled feats, goku's whole body would fold inwards on itself like paper. Let's not even mention that before all the training between z and super meanwhile goku at the buu saga is calculated to be 4.8 quadrillion times the speed of light meanwhile its a stretch to say saitam even so much as reaches 300x speed of light and goku still got dogged by beerus on king kai's planet.

By the time he would even decide to do that (read: when he's losing), saitama would probably be strong enough to outscale them and wins anyway. @@ikeillue8385 why even bring opm fans into the conversation then? Why are you even here then? Also It doesn't require "made up logic" to believe saitama could stand a chance. Saitama beats everyone in one punch. That's it. That's all the 'logic' you need. Its his whole gimmick. He is a gag character who was created to make fun of over the top powerful characters in Shonen by defeating everyone in one punch. Just like the video said, there is no definitive answer because we have NEVER seen Saitama's limit. If we did, that info would definitely spread like wildfire. And before you bring up cosmic garou, no, that doesn't tell us ANYTHING. Cosmic garou was NOT stronger than him until he copied Saitama's strength. Trying to calculate strength based off that fight is essentially trying to solve an algebra equation without having the info you need. Here is that algebra question. Cosmic garou (he will be 't' in this example) copied Saitama's strength, which is currently 'x' since we do NOT KNOW his definitive strength. So now, the situation is. t = x Which is still x = x Which is essentially Saitama = Saitama So of course he doesn't beat cosmic garou in one punch this time because he is essentially fighting HIMSELF. And then, cherry on top, saitama GETS STRONGER. So now the formula is t < x+y. where y is whatever number makes the statement true. When the statement is true, he beats cosmic garou. Now. With this information, what symbol would make the following statement true?. g _ x Assume g = 1 bajillion times infinity to the umpteenth power + 1 Spoiler alert: its not solvable since t, x, AND y do not have values. All this, and I'm not even a opm fan. I'm a DRAGONBALL fan. If you want to know where I sit, my answer is "it depends". If the fight was in OPM's world, then by the rules of that world, Goku loses in one punch. If in the dragonball world, then its an unsolvable question until OPM finally releases a character that can act as Saitama's measuring stick.
@ikeillue8385
@ikeillue8385 Год назад
@@gabeskai Because the complaint that you presented literally describes the arguments that all opm fans use, yet you were claiming that its DB fans who use said arguments. That literally is made up logic. "Saitama beats everyone in one punch", is made up logic that relies on the appeal to probability fallacy. And it doesn't even do it very well, because there is literally a character, more likely than not 2, that Saitama couldn't beat in one punch. We have seen Saitama's limit. He literally straight up says that he can go all out against Garou, and he can get back up. He does continue growing stronger after that, but we did in fact see his limit at that point. Its just that OPM fans don't want to admit that Saitama may not be as powerful as they want him to be, so they ignore, or rationalize that little tidbit. Except we see Garou and Saitama's serious punches clash, after Garou copied Saitama, and we see the level of destruction it caused. It was immediately after that clash that Saitama points out that he can go all out against Garou. It literally tells us everything we need to know. Going off your equation, you are missing the important points. Specifically this, t=multi solar system busting. So, if t=multi solar system busting, and t=x, then x=multi solar system busting. Again, that is the part that people try to ignore, because it means Saitama isn't as strong as they want him to be. This part is true, Saitama does keep growing stronger, where x current= x+y. However, we also know that x+y is only a moderate amount greater than t, because we literally see x+y land a normal punch on t, and t is only discombobulated. He isn't unconscious, nor visibly injured. Again, your point falls flat, because t and x both do have values, and based on those values, we can get a general estimate for y. Regardless of which series you are a fan of, your reasoning is still flawed. Appeal to probability fallacies are not reasonable logic, and the power that Goku has shown in Dragon Ball, especially in Super, is so monumentally far superior to anything Saitama has done (including his use of his full power against Garou), that there is no reasonable argument to be made that puts Saitama anywhere near Goku's level. Basically its like seeing the man who set the world record for dead lifts casually lift 200 pounds, and immediately assuming that he can dead lift the moon, because he lifted 200 pounds with no issue.

Narratively, Goku would push himself to the limit fighting Saitama, have a fucking blast, and ultimately concede due to collateral damage concerns. According to Dabura, 200-300 Kili is enough to destroy a planet or two, and SSJ Goku was measured at 3,000 kili. That would put SSJ3 Goku at 24,000 kili, enough to destroy 120-240 planets. If we assume that Beerus used 1% of his power on SSJ3 Goku (I'm being generous. If Beerus used less power to beat SSJ3 Goku, Goku would be even weaker), that puts SSB about 1,000,000xSSJ, which would put SSB Kaiokenx20 around 20MxSSJ. 1% of Beerus' power > 100% of SSJ3 - Goku's power. 70% of Beerus' power > 100% of SSJG - Goku's power. 70% / 100% = 0.7%. 100% of SSJ3 - Goku's power = 0.7% of Beerus' power. This makes SSJG - Goku 100x stronger than SSJ3 - Goku was against Beerus. To figure out SSJG's multiplier you'd need to multiply how many times stronger Super Saiyan God - Goku is to Super Saiyan 3 - Goku, to the multiplier of Super Saiyan 3. 400 x 100 = 40,000. Since Super Saiyan Blue is Super Saiyan + Super Saiyan God, you'll multiply Super Saiyan × Super Saiyan God. Super Saiyan = 50 × Base. Super Saiyan God = 40,000 × Base. 50 × 40,000 = 2,000,000. Super Saiyan Blue's Multiplier: 2,000,000 × Base. Super Saiyan God's Multiplier: 40,000 × Base. At 20MxSSJ, that puts SSBG kaiokenx20 at 60M kili, or 300k-600k Planets. The sun is about 333,000 Earth masses, which means SSBG Kaiokenx20 Goku has the ability to outright obliterate 1-2 Suns, and more if he starbusts by only destorying it's core. Cell said he had the power to destroy the Solar System, so going by this, Cell had the ability to destory the Sun's core at least, so Goku could probably destroy dozens of stars one by one if he so choose. Saitama and Garo's energy from a single punch collision destroyed apparently ~16500 stars INSTANTLY after the energy was redirected by blast. The shockwave of their punch travelled faster than light (I'm not going to say that it's infinite energy, because the speed of light in most fiction isn't a speed limit, it's simply just super fast). Goku and Beerus' fight only destroyed a few planets, although that shockwave travelled faster than light too. In that fight with Garo, Saitama didn't even break a sweat, and he fought with only 1 arm the entire time, and while holding his breath, and while in space. Garo copied Saitama's strength and still lost. He is somehow stronger than himself to the point where he isn't phased by even his own strength. At the end of the fight, Saitama had zero damage, and wasn't even phased. He was getting exponentially stronger during the fight without even realizing it. His growth potential is MUCH more than Goku or Freezer (TFS lol), so even IF he wasn't stronger than DB characters, he would close the gap extremely quickly. OPM universe has the equivalent of Zenkai boosts on steroids. He can completely resist telekinesis through sheer willpower and by simply not caring. He looked at the back of his head in the mirror by turning around super fast, over and over again, which made his hair fall out. Saitama accidentally destroyed Jupiter by sneezing. He can touch intangible objects, like interdimensional portals, and punch through dimensions. He would be completely immune to Buu's candy beam, and could easily escape the time chamber. He can manipulate every molecule of his own body, and turned all of them into anti-particles that lets him time-travel. He mastered time-travel in just a couple seconds after seeing it once, and it's been confirmed he can perfectly replicate any technique he sees immediately. If you allow him access to DB techniques, he could master ki and kaioken immediately, as well as instant transmission. He survived cosmic radiation from Cosmic Garo and from being almost next to the Sun. Although Saitama was never shown destroying a Solar System, DB characters have never shown a feat like that either, except for Zeno who is basically omnipotent. And on a final note, UI Goku vs UI Moro's colliding punch caused NOWHERE near the amount of destruction that Saitama and Garo's punch made. As much of a DB nerd I am, Saitama easily takes the most impressive feat of strength here. There is no feat of strength in dragonball that was that destructive, except MAYBE Beerus' fight with Champa.

I don’t know about to much of saitama feats but, in cell saga, cell himself stated that the relevant z fighters are solar system level, saitama’s best feat with my knowledge is blowing the gas out of Jupiter. So how does he clear cell whom has the capability to destroy the solar system, when his best feat was that of blowing the gasses off of a Jupiter.
@ikeillue8385
@ikeillue8385 9 месяцев назад
There is a little bit to address here. First, Saitama's best feat is not blowing the gas off Jupiter. OPM fans bring that one up a lot, and I have no idea why. Saitama's best feat was clashing a punch with someone else so hard that it sent out a shockwave that destroyed around 17,000 solar systems (there are a couple of details about this that change it a bit, such as the fact that the shockwave was focused in one direction by a third party, which would reduce the overall energy of the attack, but this is a general level of his power, especially since it doesn't include his growth after the fact.). So, if we are taking the anime/manga of Dragon Ball at face value, Saitama is clearing Cell with relative ease. He is still getting hard stopped at the Buu saga, but Cell will be a fairly easy clear. Second, Cell is actually significantly more powerful than he seems at first glance. Yes, he is going to destroy the solar system with that final attack. However, Diazenshuu (which is the canon guidebook for Dragon Ball.) tells us that solar systems in Dragon Ball are actually galactic nebulae that consist of countless stars. So, "countless" by the standards of cosmological phenomenon is going to be measured in the trillions (galaxies have hundreds of billions of stars. The universe has trillions of galaxies. So, in order to be considered "countless" on that scale, the minimum has to be in the trillions.). So, using the official Dragon Ball cosmology, Saitama's best was destroying around 17,000 stars, while Cell's ultimate attack was going to destroy at least trillions of stars. By these standards, Saitama is already getting his butt kicked by the start of the Android saga. And that is before we start taking statements as literal, where we have universal levels of power being stated as early as second form Frieza.

Why would saitama even need to exert himself or evolve against a character who can be injured by a mere rock? Honestly, I have no clue how power scaling works in the dragon ball universe. I mean, there's that dragon ball super episode where goku fights beerus, and it's just plain baffling. How can you "almost destroy the universe" but end up destroying only a few planets, leaving everything else unscathed? And the whole "chain reaction" thing just sounds like cosmological gibberish. I get that anime isn't always realistic, but dialogue lines that are pure nonsense shouldn't be considered as evidence for power scaling. In one punch man, it's a different story. Statements and feats are taken seriously, unlike in dragon ball. It's all about logical thinking and it's evident that saitama would come out on top in a battle against buu。

In current DB, even the human fighters are on a level so far beyond Saitama, that his growth is effectively a non issue. Keep in mind, universe busting was a casual level of power that was massively surpassed, by the end of the first arc of Super, and that is a MASSIVE low ball. That is kind of the catch 22. Either we force them into a death battle, in which case Saitama dies before he even realizes there is a fight happening, or we just insert them in the same universe together, in which case neither party would go out of their way to fight the other. Saitama has never been shown to go out of his way to get into fights with people, and Goku would be able to sense Saitama's power, and would immediately be aware that he isn't nearly strong enough to give him any sort of challenge. That said, even if they did fight each other, and Goku isn't going for the kill, why would he waste his time waiting for Saitama to catch up? Especially when he could fight someone else who is already far closer to his level of power, AND is growing faster than Saitama is.

I still wanna know when saitama got a universal feat. Yeah I am a guy who likes basing things off of feats but only when a quote unquote “no power limit character” that is more helpful than “oh well, he hasn’t lost so that must mean he’s all powerful” I still agree that he should have a unique placement because he has the most potential, but you cannot convince me that saitama can beat battle of gods ssg goku, because he shook otherworld while simply punching beerus, while vibrating the universe itself. The bald boi solos Z, even if it’s questionable, but without training, he doesn’t clap any godly cheeks in super.

For Buuhan, I'd actually give the win to Saitama. Buu cannot heal indefinitely. In the fight between fat Buu and Kid Buu, fat Buu ran out of energy and stopped healing his wounds. I believe Saitama would punch Buuhan repeatedly until he stopped healing. I believe god Goku would beat Saitama because Saitama's maximum effort punch destroyed a massive cluster of stars whereas God Goku's punch was destroying the fabric of the universe.

There are a couple of issues with this. First of all, Buu has never had his regeneration overtaxed. Not once in the entire series. The only thing that was ever mentioned as far as something running out for Fat Buu, was his energy was draining, which has nothing to do with his physical abilities. That said, even if Buu's regeneration could be overtaxed, Saitama isn't strong enough to cause Buu to have to regenerate, short of Buu choosing to let himself be blown to pieces. Saitama is already outclassed by the time the android saga rolls around, let alone the Buu saga, when characters are massively more powerful.

Idk enough about Saitama tbh. I've only ever watched the Anime. Do you really think he could keep up with MUI Goku though? Like is he really that fast? From what I've seen in the Anime I can't really picture that. He seems to be more of just a powerhouse. His punches may do some decent enough damage to Goku but if he can't even touch him then I think it would be game over pretty fast. He would have to have Angel or God level speed to beat Goku at this point.

Honestly while I love Saitama I have some very hard reasons as to why Saitama has a 50% chance of getting past freeza. Freeza would have to quite litterally never take Saitama seriously for Saitama to win. Now this is very possible due to his cockyness, which is why its 50% chance. But during this time Saitama would also need to finish him without messing around. If he doesnt and freeza decides to merk the planet they are on, its ggs for both. Cell on the otherhand I feel would either go the same way as the bug queen, getting smacked into nonexistance, or Cell would get the drop on him and potentially absorbed. If perfect cell or super perfect cell.... well he needs to kill every cell otherwise hes coming back stronger and stronger. And also if saitama was likely in dbz, whos to say gero didnt get some saitama dna to add to cell..... thats scary by itself. Buu has absorbtion in multiple ways and saitama has had things get the drop on him before because he is careless to a point. But against kid buu.... i dont see him winning. It would either end with saitama absorbed or he would litterally fight saitama until he was truly well and exhausted, however many months that took. Beerus would otk him from afar and whis would likely body him without even a touch being able to be gotten off.

If I have to give some opinions Boros isn't anywhere near Frieza Perfect Cell is a solar system buster due to having a move literally called "Solar Kamehameha" We all know he can't beat Beerus and Whis Buu's candy trick didn't work on Vegito like normal due to the potara cancelling it, so Saitama wouldn't survive that As far as Goku and Vegeta? I'm afraid he loses those too, not only have both these fighters learned so many new abilities and moves over all the animes, mangas and movies but their forms would be a big factor too. He wouldn't touch UI Goku and UE Vegeta would just hit back harder

Considering his fight with Cosmic Garou, he's getting slammed by most of the Buu's. He MIGHT make it past fat buu, but the moment super and kid buu pop up, he's done. They either compete with or out stat him entirely depending on what scaling you use, and have too many hax abilities for him to just power through. He isn't a Super Vegito level fighter, if he's turned to candy, he isn't moving anymore. He loses the instant he tries to tank the Candy Beam, which he likely would considering we often see him tanking people's strongest techniques. Pair that with the fact that the Buus can absorb fighters and wrap them with their skin to trap them, something He'd have a VERY hard time getting out of, and yeah. He's losing to the Buus.

Well since Frieza in his second form was said " To be capable of destroying the entire universe " in multiple different books about dragon ball. I can confidently say saitama looses past the Ginuy Force Saga. Or well goku in the sayian saga after training at king kai's world has infinite speed ( He moved through a infinite space in a finnite ammount of time making him faster than light ) And with kaioken on top of that I can confidently say. Goku aint winnin saitama aint winnin, Goku wouldnt do enough damage, saitama couldnt punch goku. And no saitama isnt a 5D character because of the gate, the gate is 4D because it's not a entire different space time but rather just a portal to another part of it. @ikeillue8385
@ikeillue8385 9 месяцев назад
Sort of. Goku's Hakai failed on Zamasu, for two reasons. First is because he used an imperfect version. This meant that it was taking longer to work than it normally would have. But this gave Zamasu time to use the second point. Zamasu grabbed a hostage, forcing Goku to make the choice between erasing Zamasu completely, but also erasing that civilian, or breaking off the Hakai before it was done. However, I did say "sort of" for a reason. Its not so much that Hakai only works on targets that are weaker than the user. Its the fact that Dragon Ball characters have the ability to resist hacks with shear power.

There is one problem with your theory, which you actually brought up. Goku likes to spar going all out. He doesn't like to fight just for the sake of fighting. @ikeillue8385
@ikeillue8385 Год назад
That would have to have 3 separate rankings, considering that there are 3 different scalings for Boros' power, all of which are technically canon, even if one is questionable as far as the legitimacy of the translation. You have the blueray guidebook (which is the potential translation error I brought up above.), which puts Boros at star busting level, in which case he would get hard walled by Frieza, who performed a dwarf star level attack with one finger, in his most suppressed state. There is technically the argument that he loses at the Saiyan saga here, as there are a couple of guidebook accounts that put the spirit bomb that Goku uses against Vegeta at star busting level, but I haven't looked too much into the legitimacy of those claims, so I'll just stick with the guarantee loss at Frieza for the sake of this exercise. Then you have the anime, which puts him at planet level, in which case he would lose at King Piccolo. He would be relatively comparable in straight power, potentially a little more powerful, when using his ultimate attack, but Piccolo would put him to shame in the speed department. Side note here, with both of the above scaling scenarios, its technically not quite that straight forward, because Boros' speed is getting utterly left in the dust, despite the fact that his shear power output would be well beyond the characters that are blitzing him. I'm kind of just going off the assumption that, between his shear power, and regenerative capabilities, the DB characters wouldn't have the shear power output to deal enough sustainable damage to overtax his regeneration. Finally there is the manga, which puts him at planet surface level, which puts his loss around the 22n'd world martial arts tournament. There is a chance he would lose at the 21st world martial arts tournament, but I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt, as far as speed is concerned, because though he was impressed by Saitama's relativistic speed feat, he didn't consider it something he couldn't overcome. On the other hand, Dragon Ball characters don't get their consistent FTL feats until the arc after the tournament, so I'm assuming they are around, or just below light speed in this arc, which Garou should be at least comparable to, if not a little faster. That said, Boros would be falling a little short in shear power output, but I think with the regeneration hacks he has, and the fact that his speed might be a bit faster, I think he could make it through the 21st world martial arts arc.
@TheTupMan
@TheTupMan Год назад
We have ALMOST no reason to believe saitama is above cell saga scaling right now, and here’s why. When he fought cosmic Garou he was easily and consistently showing planetary feats, some of which were an accident. But it was also stated by the NARRATOR that he was getting stronger in that fight. Not that he was showing more of his strength that he already had, but that he was increasing his ceiling at a faster rate than Garou was. So theoretically, we have seen his peak to an extent. BUT. He punched himself back in time, and forgot everything. There is a small chance that he also lost that new ceiling, because we don’t know exactly how that time travel works, but honestly I doubt it. So going with the logic of him having that new ceiling which can easily destroy Jupiter on accident, he is at least planetary+ on a lowball. Highball estimate is probably solar system but that’s a bit much imo. Now let’s get into debunking counter arguments. “But his clash with Garou at the beginning of their fight destroyed a bunch of stars in the background.” Maybe. All we know for a fact is that the light from those stars was no longer visible to us, first of all. Second of all, even if they did accomplish that, I’d be hard pressed to think that isn’t an outlier feat. The reason being, the mosquito. The mosquito he couldn’t kill. That’s an outlier feat. He should’ve easily killed that mosquito, but he didn’t. He *couldn’t*. Because ONE didn’t want him to. It’s not actually a showing of his strength, and I don’t think that the stars disappearing is any different. In concept alone anyway. Just as he wasn’t able to kill a mosquito we all know he should’ve been able to kill easily, he presumably destroyed many stars with a clash. But considering everything else we’ve seen him do CONSISTENTLY, I don’t think that him destroying those stars is an accurate estimation of his power. Obviously, you can highball him and say that he can do that whenever he wants to, but we have to keep in mind that there were 3 people who interacted with that energy. Saitama, Garou, and Blast. And while it’s assumed that Blast didn’t add anything to the output, we don’t know exactly what he did other than redirect it somehow to miss earth. And that amount of power was shown only once. Because the next few feats from later on in the same fight when he is growing stronger than that, he does things significantly less impressive in hindsight. Destroying a planet on accident? Easy. Destroying a MOON? Barely a thought put into that. But being solar system level and being able to destroy that many STARS from that far away, is a HUGE gap in strength. If you wanna say he’s solar system level, I don’t think I have any issues with that. But to say he’s on the level of Beerus in any way is a significant stretch, and being able to contend with Buuhan is not feasible to me right now. He doesn’t have the consistency in his strength feats to give me the confidence he’s even galaxy level. And Buuhan was universal at his peak. Arguably stronger because I’m not sure if Super Buu getting out of the RoSaT is more impressive than being universal in DB because their universe is so insanely huge.

I can actually see why some think he isn't too far above Super Perfect Cell or SSJ2's because you could actually scale them higher by the fact that the DB Solar System is stated to be the size of a nebula with innumerable stars, but I'm sure most people won't accept this. SSJ2 Gohan kills Cell at his peak with less than half his full strength. Buu Saga SSJ2s supass him even further. You can already argue for Solar+ or multi solar level ssj2s just from this. So, SSJ2s could be roughly in the same tier as Saitama and probably aren't that much weaker than him depending on how you interpret this. Which is probably why most have Saitama at low or mid Buu Saga levels, I don't think any reasonable person would argue that Saitama is BoG level because despite Beerus being suppressed, Goku was still clashing, canceling out, and tanking those attacks from him 😅

I will not lie, seeing everyone that Saitama fought in his anime have not even passed the power of the Namek saga. So I have no idea how he could be stronger than any version of Frieza let alone beating the whole saga. Vegeta on Namek would be at the same tier as Boros and he was a fly compared to first form Frieza. So we might want to try to revisit this scaling even though there has not been a limit yet. I think Dragon ball just scales too high. Even the side step test that Saitam did was outclassed by Goku when he fought Jiace and Burter. No one could even see him side step let alone seeing afterimages. He did afterimages as a 15 year old kid. So long as you don't take the Guidebook account for the Dragon Ball cosmology into account, it could be argued that Saitama could beat Cell, since Cell was stated to be solar system level, while Saitama's serious punch squared was low multi solar system. That said, the moment you include the cosmology, Saitama is already massively outclassed by the start of the android saga.
