If you manage to run over the lines of people in the top down games, I think the wanted stars you get from them instantly go away as soon as you kill the last guy in the line and get the GOURANGA or the KEEP LONDON TIDY or the ELVIS HAS LEFT THE BUILDING messages in each game. But depending on how long it takes to find those lines it could be quite slow anyway. I think completing the Kill Frenzies also gets rid of the wanted level.
While it doesn't totally fit the traditional rules for these touch videos, I would say a variant where you start the timer on getting wanted would be just a valid -- would make the get-then-lose wanted level incident an instant winner, of course, but hey, that's how the game is played in this case right?
Have to do some salt here: In GTA2 you could ignore running over people people and use the 2 weapons you passed by to kill them instead. Also staying on foot might be faster the trying to get a car through that area. Then in London 69: is that first mission really that slow? Maybe finishing that mission with a wanted level will be faster than your way.

For GTA V I remember there's a case woth 25000 in-game $ that buried underwater in one sunken construction in the ocean from the western side of the map (I don't know what that is tho). You just have to swim there, collect one pack, save-load, dive again for respawned 25000$, and voila: Franklin now have more than enough money for 4-slot vehicle garage on Grove Street (and some leftover money for a very cheap car like Albany Primo or Karin Rusty Rebel, or for a very cheap bike).
I think the rules of this specific challenge should be changed because you start with NO WANTED LEVEL and you cant loose a wanted level if you dont got any. So i think we should add and modificate two rules to make this work: 1- You need to have at least a Wanted level of 1 2- The timer starts when you reached that wanted level and it ends when you avoid it. I dont know, i just say.
Alright then, it's 1 second for each game since I will just get the wanted level right next to a police bribe and pick it up imediately. Doesn't sound like a fun video now does it?
