@@InsideIIMKonversations There is no structure to the discussion. Every panelist is just talking something randomly. You should have started with what courses are offered in Finance at the IIMs, the teaching style, what pre-requisites are required, how prospective aspirants can come prepeared for finance courses e.g. learn basic economics, accounting,excel Your panelists talk about how finance is different from real world and classroom, something which we already know. Also, elaborate more on Front,Middle and BackOffice roles and what these guys did as part of that.
