The Victoria's Secret model will be speaking about her own experiences as a black woman within the harsh modelling world. She will also discuss how her own personal struggles and the stagnant nature of the industry has inspired her to create her brand - using her own voice and attempting to make a difference. Leomie is an internationally renowned, high fashion model and Victoria’s Secret Angel from London. She has worked with high names in the fashion industry including Marc Jacobs and Fenty. In 2016, she founded her own clothing brand, LAPP, promoting female empowerment through confidence, positivity and unity. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

People must always speak whenever they see or witness disadvantage of others. life is about justice and peace not always about money cannot make you happy if your in a situation that is affecting your mental health.
