I had an 89 Bronco shift into 1st at 75mph. It was frikin nuts. There were 15 other cars around me. I was the only one that DIDN'T crash. Got 2 new tires and a 10 cent plastic shift lever clip under warranty, successfully defended from 15 lawsuits by insurance company.
We’ll have to shoot ya some videos of our mustangs for ya. The 79 Pacecar and my son’s 91 Gt he’s been auto crossing. As for recalls, as an ex-ford senior master, ford is usually good at getting cars handled quickly depending on parts availability. That being said…. Took 8 months to get brake lines for my wife’s edge….. sometimes I miss being able to do my own recalls. But I’ll never go back to flat rate.
Don't drive recall, that's too convenient, most of their shit doesn't work anyway, that's what you get for buying the blue oval garbage! Technician for 40 years now and I have never or ever would drive any Ford shit boxes.
