This piece of sh*t is the absolute worst. I used it for a time out of curiosity. I was in a queue, so I waited for over an hour, but once my queue was shorter than 10 minutes, the amount of time climbed till it reached an hour again. After that, I uninstalled it immediately.
No one's gonna play Genshin on cloud when Nvdia offers better price ranges. Ugh. Genshin should just focus on treating their players a little bit better.

The target demographic of this cloud service from Genshin will probably be those who don't check for other options before spending. As expected of those who had their weapon banner sniffing money from the probability of losing for the weapon NOT of your choice so you will keep spending money on them.

It’s only the Genshin team too which sucks The HI3 team shows passion and their dedication,HSR has been giving us endgame content and a free five star,and I bet ZZZ is going to be great too For the game that helped them get a global player base they certainly don’t treat it well

UPDATE: Seems people from SEA have to sit in long broken queues to be able to play. This did not happen to me as I instantly was able to enter from the NA server. Just something to keep in mind. Also take my EU experience with a grain of salt
SEA(Malaysia/Singapore)got it since last year. Yeah the server was crowded when it was first release. It die down after a month and you don't need to queue anymore. I just use that 15min free time to do daily while pooping since I only get 10ping and doesn't cook my potato phone while doing it.
I'm just gonna say if you have the money to buy a cloud subscription, save that money instead so you can buy the device you need to play whatever the fuck game you want.
Cloud gaming service is not for those who just stay at home 24/7, this is common knowledge. Even with me owning kidney-cost setup at home, I still bought cloud gaming services once in a while because my job need a lot of travelling. And in this case, this 15min daily free access is clearly Hoyo being kind enough to allow players under some circumstances like me to still be able to at least clear the game dailies...but at a cost of queueing among thousands other players.
You do know some people might have different priorities and situation than you? I can't believe the average online genshin community has a brain of a 13 year old
I downloaded it a couple of months back and I can't even get in the game most of the time and when I do it looks way worse than me just downloading the game.

It definitely has stutter here and there but rarely shows up after the countless 200mb patches they do. What's your game setting if it still lags despite using a flagship phone?
@@Holyshine. So I've done a few minutes run using medium setting + 60 fps. From my experience, the problem you're addressing does exist but not so often that it causes discomfort while playing. Maybe try lowering your fps? Or use mine, max everything & 30 fps at the cost of your phone over heating, or wait for 1.1. Also there's a questionnaire in the game mail right now, you can address your problem there and hope dev listens so by the time 1.1 released the gameplay becomes smoother.
Imagine working at Hoyoverse and thinking this was a good idea. If I’m downloading the full damn game to my phone or what ever already I shouldn’t have to be online AT ALL PERIOD. This phukking game has gotten worse over the passed three years. Now this is just disgusting.
4 years, and still no Skip conversation and Skip dialogue, meanwhile wuwa is only 3 weeks old they already have that feature. Hoyo only copied layer mapping of TOTK it did not copy any other parts because it would have been blatantly obvious.
Scam = a seller receives payment for a product or service that they do not perform, or performs differently from advertised. If we don't use our emotions and use our brains for once to avoid getting sued, we can see that this service is clearly not a scam. The service is just horribly incompetent.
Ikr no one is forcing you to buy, some players might need it for a temporary amount of time for certain reasons , these people always whines for nothing

the worst part is if you have a lot of minutes you can't enter the game, like literally. it says in the queue that you have like 8 mins left to wait but I have waited for almost an hour already. and if you're new to the app, even though you have a lot of minutes you immediately get in because like what you said, it's to get players addicted to the app.

you are missing one important problem, the cloud server has bandwidth limit of how much players login. i heard many many review that they cannot login because server is full. imagine already paying and cannot login

genshin issues: - lack of innovative approaches - Same formula that only seem to suit mobile players and casuals - Lack of care toward the playerbase's need (mostly the invested and hardcore people playing it) - Models honestly looks ass, less human and way too cartoonish even in the head proportions (take yelan or raiden for example and just make their head sliiiiiighty smaller and with more "forms" and see how better they look) - Characters Story focuses way too much on npc's to the point where it's genuinely comical how unrelated we feel to the characters - Game REFUSE to change it's ways to fit their ACTUAL audience - Too much mint in the map - Too slow to explore (felt it the hard way after playing wuwa) - Everything is always shit and giggles in this damn game and all stories always end well, even how the abyss is shown in the main archon quests starts to feel ass compared to the hidden lore and descriptions given in books in-game, there is a huge difference in the team writing the lore (which is really good writing) and the team that write the main story (bad writting due to how babified everything is with paimon) - Cannot fathom actually showing and living the events instead of just telling in a story. - Main character lacks so much personality even they dont know what he or she should be - Devs main target at this point are kids, which is funny because i dont think a kid should play a gacha game so why even babify the story like they explain to brain dead people - No skip button (they should atleast add that for the damn daily commissions) - 4 FUCKING YEARS AND NONE OF THESE ISSUES ARE ADRESSED. There is way more but honestly if you bother yourself reading all of this thanks, i wouldnt have read allat personally.
Also them not letting people play limited events that are important to the story when they didn’t get the time to when it was around (Albedo’s event that took place in dragonspine for example)
the recent main quest was as below mid as wuthering waves' first 4 acts, and average genshin players still denied that fact. my shopmate told me all the details and loopholes of each a week ago before quitting that game. 😂

i use genshin cloud but i never paid anything on that just for login and doing gacha after update then back to my dearest cloud service that gives u free time by watching ads 10 time which is sucks the time gained by watching ads is 2 hr and 15 minutes.. which is worth it and gfn in my country has no offer just like you mentioned.. idk why

This is probably just a test to see how retodded the playerbase is and flagging anyone that uses this as literal corn to be farmed. Not having a skip button to get through those pointless dialogues, shitty dry patches 4.3, 4.4....4.5...4.6... and 4.7 (Unless you count 20 minutes with DANSL as worth the wait) lack of QOL updates (God I love picking up one item at a time still.) and... wait this this is all designed to waste time and time = money with this service. The price is scammy and the free version queue is take forever, so if you think you can f2p to do dailies with it just forget it, but the free 15minutes a day can be accumulated, so if you have low-end phone and want to experience the best graphics once in a while this could be useful
Can someone say 'scam'? This is why I'm on console because cloud storage, even though it's on consoles too, is a primary target for mobile and PC gaming because of those exact reasons. People not having enough memory on their mobile devices/low end PCs and phones or having outdated mobile tech. Paying money to stream an entire game that's already free to begin with is a key figure in scamming players. Don't do it. Here's a solution to this whole thing for those who have outdated or poor mobile tech...get a job, save your money and buy the updated mobile device or Playstation to play Hoyo games.

I remember the newest survey asking about the Cloud thing and I was like... the what. Never been a fan of cloud streaming to begin with. If I already can't have a physical copy of something... (which, granted, would be nonsensical for Genshin)
BTW, You gotta wait like HOURS to play the game on SEA like philippines i think most of the ratings of genshin cloud came from th SEA Server (i'm part of it also)

Bruh, this thing is almost a year old here at SEA and there's no drama whatsoever the entire time. and to suddenly turn into a drama by the US and EU community just shows how much white people just love exaggeration. I too used to use it back in the days when it was first released....the queue time back then is just around 10s, but with it gaining popularity, the queue time will just naturally get absurdly long. And the latency is just not an issue with our current technology can overcome yet. And I used it primarily to clear dailies while I'm away and I don't bring along my laptop, i dont think Hoyo ever design it for people to sit through for hours. The 15min can be stacked so it will become abundant, I have around 3 hours worth of playtime left untouched.
Talk about some casual racism here, it definitely couldn't be due to a difference in culture and expectations of companies due to what has already been offered previous ones noooooo, it's definitely skin color and reactions for no reason. I'll give it to you that the service is just fine for people who just do their dailies away from home and collect the free hours. I'm happy for you having a nice service. All that doesn't negate the fact that they are offering the paid service for people who clearly aren't going to just do that, so clearly there was something designed to intentionally be offered to people who aren't you. It is well within the rights of Hoyo though, I will admit that, regardless of if people find it scummy. Where the problem comes in is that there are cheaper services that offer more for less (as is shown in the video), that's not "drama," that's a legitimate complaint. People can say it's scummy, that's an opinion. People can complain when the experience and price point don't match, and when they point out there's better alternatives. People who are complaining are thinking about things from a position of someone who would or did pay, because they understand the world doesn't resolve around them, so they seek to point out when others could be treated unfairly. That's not drama, that's speaking your dam mind and looking out for others. It even behooves you to make sure that the people who are going to pay for you to be able to keep playing for free feel like they are getting their money's worth so you can keep playing and having a better experience with less people in the que. So maybe give being a decent human being a shot and thinking about people who aren't you.

I know it's existence ever since there's leak about Mihoyo interested in cloud gaming so I pretty much know the context of it's existence since back then. and it only now releasing in US and EU simply because they have nothing much else to do. Asian countries have it, why not put a single or 2 server in the west too.....because if not, people are gonna complain Mihoyo treated their playerbase unevenly, etc. People gonna complain to everything these days, like I said, even to nonexisting problems. If it were an indie game, charging a monthly service for like $10 per month with added in game goodies like the battle pass would be awesome because obviously it costs the company money to run servers.....but the gacha game with the most money charging $20 with no added game rewards is insane I justify spending a little on games with monthly passes because I don't watch movies/tv so instead of paying for netflix/hulu/etc, I pay a bit for games instead - but to pay that much just to play a free game without any goated rewards is greedy
Keep in mind NVIDIA can play a lot of pc games too. So why would i support Genshin Impact cloud services? I won't unless you are leas pricey than NVIDIA.
