Some development is fine, sure, yes, why not, but careful with “over development” as “making Africa like America” - would perhaps change the culture of the continent. And not in a good way. Preservation of forest and wetlands and beaches and other public properties should be as high on the list of priorities as a luxury hotel property - even higher. Africa must protect its longer-term resources for its people, beyond the popularity of now.

Ghanaians are having one attitude which is bad and it is tribalism. Wode Maya just shows that in this video, he mentions Kwame Nkrumah for building the first airport but shies away to mention Mr. John Mahama for building the new airport because of tribalism. This is typical among the akans tribe .

This is literally how other nations developed their cities. What's the fuss around this? Ghana is building a country for foreigners & not their own indigenous people. Ghana is expensive & bowing down to foreign influx. Not a livable place.
