The day I stopped believing in Musah Danquah was when his polls indicated that if elections were held that month, the NDC would have garnered 98% of the votes in the Oforikrom constituency of all places. Of course there are a few students in JHS who are eligible voters due to delays in their education. You probably had an overaged classmate at a point in JHS, and this is common in the fishing and farming communities.
