Younger generations are proving they're willing to pay more for the convenience of delivery, and local restaurants, as well as start-ups, are trying to tap into the trend by creating a "ghost kitchen" or "virtual restaurants."
Not worth having overhead & other individuals build a restaurant for you, when you can literally do this all yourselves. I own a food truck & I'll just stay that way too.
