To begin, Selby Drummond visited Giambattista Valli's atelier and tried on a dress she'd seen at his most recent couture show. From there, he designed a frothy, romantic gown with a silhouette befitting of what he refers to as “her super hero body.”

i love how in regular "haute couture wedding dress" videos, everyone is so formal and excited in an elegant way but at Giambattista Valli, the client just comes in laughing "is a beautiful piece of paper". i think that atomosphere was so amazing.

I tried on one of his dresses at Nordstrom and had to know how Valli was. The dress totally suited the occasion and the bride. Nothing is ever just a piece of paper 🧻 📝 diploma until you need it 😂 💴
