@@gino_gk1 Tough one, it would be either the low dive/high dive which could simulate a match scenario where the ball bounces back into play after a deflection, so getting up fast and repositioning. And the short passes cutback is good too, because it improves footwork, both with a ball as well as getting into position quickly. I always like exercises that feature (re)positioning, because position and stance are everything in goalkeeping imo.
