If you spend your entire life making Overwatch videos it could seem that way, maybe… Iwobi is one of the worst players I’ve seen and he’s plays in a top division, yet ballers like Mosscardelli play in Serie B. And you wouldn’t think that if you watched James Milner play football every week, there’s no way these guys in the video are any worse than him and Henderson playing hoof ball every week.

I think in terms of technical skills alot of people are generally closer to top players than others think (depending who you're talking about), but it's actually having to practically perform those skills in high pressure situations and other skills that require more brain are the assets that differentiate top level players from others. Anyone can learn to dribble like Neymar or Messi or Ronaldo, but not alot of people have the composure, experience or intelligence to utilize that level of dribbling properly

It looks like anyone could learn to dribble like that because they make it look so easy. They're never really even brining out their top skills because match-play is more important. Neymar in particular has insane feet and skills. The coordination, acceleration, awareness and power are also immense.
