With the 4th pick in the 1975 NBA Draft, the Phoenix Suns selected Alvan Adams out of Oklahoma. This was a class that consisted of many NBA greats such as David Thompson, Gus Williams, Dan Roundfield and World B Free. He played with the Suns from 1975-1988. He led Phoenix to the 1976 NBA Finals against the Boston Celtics, as well as several Western Conference Finals appearances. He holds many of the all-time records in Phoenix Suns franchise history.
