@@EnriiqueMurguia In Gen 2, if both Pokemon use roar, the slower one's roar works, but Kanga is faster than Steelix, so theoratically, Steelix's roar would work, but with the combination of Curse lowering its Speed and the ability to lower the Speed EVs on Kanga, it can become slower than Steelix so that its Roar would work and not Steelix's.
@ARTEM DORDZHIEV if by that you mean "horribly broken" yes, it was. Just like Gen 1, two generations chock-full of devastating glitches, awful balance and stalling.
Kangaskhan: It took until generation 6 but we're finally usable! We even managed to get into VGC! I'm so glad my child and I were able to make it and I can't wait to see what the next generation brings us- Gen 8: *V I B E C H E C K*
Honestly though, parental bond was insane. It was like having technician on every move, PLUS Serene Grace, PLUS it makes every move a focus sash breaker, and finally it turns power up punch into a free swords dance.
Don't forget how it made Seismic Toss into the most spammable move ever as every non Ghost type was hit with a flat 200 damage, yeah okay it can't OHKO anything, but it means that when the Kangashkan user knows you're going to switch out and you have several different options to go to, they don't need to predict and can just safely click Seismic Toss, because the majority of mons have between 300-400 HP, that means it can 2HKO most things without having to predict or care about resists. That alone was super bonkers
Mega kangaskahn: yes yes yes let me just deal 70 damage while boosting my attack by 2 stages oh so fair also that noice double flinching Chance not broken at all no no no
12:38 I see what you did there, "Kangaskhan really began to shine", and there was a shiny Kangaskhan, I don't know if that was intentional, but I hope it was.

I use a mega kanga with scrappy as my lead for singles in gen 7, running fake out, focus energy, dizzy punch, and shadow claw. The bulk paired with the crits and confusion end up doing very well for me.
Minish Bakal I wouldn't want a video on Flygon because it would be pretty depressing, it was outclassed by Garchomp every gen and even when it got Dragon Dance
Bryan Chavez That would be a too recent pokemon so there would be barely any evidence to evaluate it effectively. Gen 4 would probably be the latest Gen that he would do. But I loooove Tsaareena.
prediction for how that video might go: REALLY bad until gen 6, where it was kinda average because it was mandatory to have protect on it, and then pretty good in gen 7 because of the changes to its speed.
I think the nerf to Parental bond is definitely enough for Mega Kangaskhan to at least be tested in OU rather than quickband, as it really struggles in Ubers and Power-Up Punch is honestly not that big of a deal when it becomes tricky to add more than one coverage move thanks to always running Fake Out, Return, Power-Up-Punch and sometimes Sucker Punch. If anything, its very predictable for a normal type and that makes it counterable.
