I agree. Tennessee runs to open up the passing game. The big plays come when we run alot and they can't stop us. O-line and backs open our passing game
He did mention Pearce which is on the DLine. Put him on the same list w Nico. Why are we butt hurt? I bleed orange we got to stick together here. We have a fantastic team. We all got a little spoiled with 2022 but this year we have a real chance. I think we could be 12-0 if things go our way
Time of possession is certainly relevant, the hell are you talking about. The fast no huddle style of offense will always put stress on the defense because they’re naturally on the field more and Tennessee doesn’t have depth to rotate out. The defense wears down, which is why Tennessee is in a lot of shoot outs and they fade later in games. On the flip side say against teams like Georgia who are capable of controlling time of possession. They’re able to keep that offense off the field for long stretches of time and they never allow them to get hot. Which is one of the reasons Tennessees offense always falls flat when they play.
The rush offense wasn't good because it was schemed around Milton. It is a rush offense. Outsiders see the hurry up offense and Hendon Hooker's season and just assume it is a passing offense. It isn't. It's always going to be a rushing offense.
They run the fastest offence In Football. Which creates a low offensive possion. They snap the ball with 30 sec left on average of shot clock.2022 fastest scoring team in college
@@williamwhitfield6225 have you seen thier d line this year. All I mean all media says best d line in country and James peirce projected #1 draft pick in next year's draft. They are loaded.
@@spencerwarren9219 Yes I have, and it’s good I’m not telling you that it’s not. Pearce would start for any team in the country. But what does the depth behind them look like? What happens when Pearce pulls a hamstring? Not to mention that completely new secondary they got out of the portal? Again that fast offense puts a ton of pressure on the defense because it means they play more snaps with less breaks and Tennessee doesn’t have the depth to sustain that which is why you see the defense wilt away late in games.
@@williamwhitfield6225 yes secondary is not proven but loaded with talent. That's the biggest question mark on whole team. Trenches are loaded on both sides of ball. Wr well pr9bly strongest part of team. The rb has a proven top 3 of 4 back with 3 behind him just not proven but loaded with tallent. Cam seldon is built and runs like Henry from Bama. And at qb we'll we know who's under center. A once in generational qb
