Looking into this right now myself. Other sources say he is we modelling for French connection at the time of casting. Wouldn’t be surprised if he was also selling at the street but I’m not sure it was solely that which got him the role
The Gentlemen is great, I loved King Arthur (although many didn't I will admit), Man of Wrath is also really good imo. Edit: Oh and let's not forget Sherlock Holmes!
