Hiking Volcan Acatenango in Guatemala was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. While the hiking is unquestionably challenging, it was worth every ounce of effort. I've been blessed to see some stunning landscapes in the past (especially while living in Colorado), but seeing this scenery filled with volcanoes blew my mind on an entirely new level.
