Out of 3 sources he mentioned, only Financial passive income is passive. rest two are actual businesses of consulting which many people are doing and it takes lot of time, hiring people, paying salaries, catching new clients etc. and the other one on options is also a full time trader job. completely Over hyped and false representation.

Agree. Just stop watching these podcasts. No one will give correct idea, otherwise competition will increase. Everyone talks things like Air, which is just imagination. Just try to sell something, you will know how things are hard than said in podcasts

I have few queries. Why do people who are super successful like earning 15-20Lacs per month and above are giving free advice on RU-vid? Why do people who are super busy earning huge sum every month, are visible on every other podcasts? How they have so much free time? Why do people who are really good with money(apparently) are smooth talkers? Why do they talk intelligently with unique idioms and phrases? Why do they emphasize on earning + success + growth all the time? They wanna sell their courses or something? Why do people even listen to them and eventually compare their "not so exciting" life and fall into depression?

This highly confident advice on frequent job changing is seriously misleading and may suit someone who wants to work for only 3-5 years in their career. This might hold true for functional roles, although it still requires the recruiter to be desperate or not discerning. For technical roles, this strategy is likely to backfire in both in midterm and longterm

Rental income, Fd interests etc are not passive income in true sense, passive income is when you trade your extra time or build a income source by offering your skills which the market is ready to value, investment returns are not passive income, rentals are part of real estate. returns
