During my junior year of high school, we had to research colleges that we might want to attend and make a quick presentation about them and this one kid in my class wanted to include the University of the People, but my teacher never heard of it nor did anybody else in the class and my teacher ended up making fun of the kid and convincing him that it was probably a scam and, ever since then, I’ve unknowingly developed a skepticism for this university and I’m so glad to have watched this video because it actually seems like a really effective and revolutionary initiative that offers a lot of opportunities to people. To my teacher or any teachers out there, please stop discouraging students if you don’t have any background knowledge to support what you’re talking about. Thank you.💛
It's a scam go to reddit to learn about it more this university degree is banned in South Africa, some of the American states etc plus it's a scam learn about it before you act
@@vault8127 it ain’t a scam, I’m in my second year of studies and the courses here are just like of those that you would get in a normal Brick university. I am doing the bachelors degree in computer science and since my first year I have grown to love programming and trying new things, right now in September I am learning mobile application and calculus. And I have been doing for free with the help of a scholarship
After watching, I have tried to apply for this university. Unfortunately, I don't have the money for processing fee. Months have passed, University of the People is still emailing me and I put a courage to reply to them, saying “I don't have the money for the processing fee and tests... Etc etc” Luckily, they've replied that I can still apply as a scholar. Our classes will start this July. Thank you NAS Daily.
Congratulations 👏 May your dreams comes true. By your sacrifices, which is 1000% worth for . I start November, i always wanted to change my career in to something that give true value to me and to others , thats why i m taking a BS degree in Health Science. Thanks to that man . He is a true influencer and a humanitarian . Unfortunately he doesn't get the credits that he deserves. If we had two more like him one that changes the health care industry and another for set a compliance to business , industries , a rule changer where everyone have the chance equily worldwide to work Then i can dye peacefully knowing that the world has become a better place .
Hi nasdaily Thank you for changing our lives in many different ways using your inspiring stories hope you see this messege soon...i have watched almost all your videos on youtube and facebook... Thank you.. 😊😃😉
@@rhrodizanegranza836 They have to pay somehow to run it. I go to UoPeople, and it is mindblowing. I learn more here than I did in a regular university. And you just have to pay $100 for exams. If you can't pay for either you can apply for a scholarship. Hope you join!!! Peace!!
@@faustass5916 Well, it's not a scam. It's a free university so what do you expect... If you go to European University it will still cost you much more than University of the People beside from Germany of course and don't forget that you will need cost to live in Europe which in this case you basically can do it or access it from whenever you are.
Thanks buddy.. now I'm a student of university of the people.. all happened because of your video.. they gave me the scholarship also.. thank you so much...
are you still continuing your education there? where are you from? i am from india and i am doing my 4th semester in UOP. is the degree recognized in indian universities?
Im a student also, because of the ethics that they represent, and because i wanted to change career. This guy deserves a Nobel prize as a true influencer humanitarian . When i graduate i ll definitely do something as a volunteer with my job as well. And it would be a privilege to help into something that has true value and to be a part of his big image. To change the world. God bless him,
Everyone: Wow! Free education! Germany, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Austria, Czech Republic, France, Belgium, Greece, Spain, Slovakia, Canada, Serbia, Lithuania, Turkey, Croatia: Is our education a joke to you? (I am editing my comment if someone replies that i am missing some country)
So basically every country out there except for the United States which is why we’re drowning in crippling debt 😖 I’m really concerned for this country and my fellow people here. If it’s working out for these countries who are offering little to no cost for education, then why can’t we develop something like that into our education system? And, sure, people may complain about taxes and how it’s gonna be raised up, but if it’s working well for Europeans and they’re not revolting against their country because of the amount they’re being taxed, then why can’t Americans accept that as well? I fear for my future in this country tbh or, perhaps, my lack thereof.
I am a student at UoPeople.I am very thankful for the opportunity. It is very sad how people with a lot of potential don't get what they deserve. I promise we will change the world together.
Honestly, this is a very great initiative put forward as an online University if you want to study something like Business Administration, Commerce or other Liberal Arts degrees, or something that can be studied online like Software, Computer Science degrees. But you cannot get an Engineering degree online, you require to go to a University for that.
Yes, it's strong enough to get you a job. You can get your answer from this video comment section ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-x5D3i5UCbvM.html
My dad actually is going to try this university. He wants to do programming, or something like that. And he has 4 kids that he needs to pay tuition for. I'm happy this university is a thing.
@@tedd5 both of you clearly dont understand capitalism and Socialism which u misinterpret as communism. Firstly, under an Instrumental capitalist will push for free education. Secondly, communism doesnt mean no free speech, look at Cuba. Ironically, China is a Capitalist under the mask of a Communist yet it censors speech.

Nas Daily stop promoting something which you haven't know completely . You were repeatedly using the word FREE and FREE its absolutely not free. Why dont you come to india and check Dr Br Ambedkar university its very affordable and also there is many universities in india in reality which are very affordable and even have very highly qualified professors. Please dont make people fool . I request you to please do a research on video well and dont misguide people.
Where is the location of this Dr. Ambedkar University in India, have you made a list of the programs/courses they provide? Not everyone goes for the same field of study, not everyone is a citizen of the same country. Every Human is different.
Developed countries make colleges and universities affordable, but what about countries like Syria, or third world countries that have flawed governments? I am an Indian High school student so I know about Ambedkar University,(right now I live in the US). He also doesn't need to do research on this, he was given a script this is a sponsored video, I've seen the ad for this like a thousand times now. Plus the colleges that do make tuition affordable have to have a good quality of education and has to appeal to the people. lol I think u need to do some research on this
