I use to play madden all day every day, but this type of play is a whole different level, I never understood how plays on offense and defense worked, I just kinda threw to whoever was open and played man or blitz on defense lol

Maaan I stopped playing madden years ago because I’m so competitive but don’t actually enjoy watching or playing (irl) football. So my biggest issue was always understanding offense and defensive plays. Definitely earned a sub if you got more content like this!

I thought I was the sh!t, I won a Madden tourney at a gamestop as a teenager. Then went to a regional and got stomped. Yeah my competitive madden days ended quickly. 🤣🤣

its a game with programmed AI. Once you work out how they function(through many many hours of play no doubt) you can use it to your advantage. Plays that always seemed to "work" have been around in madden since the 2000's

I really like the cover three looks in madden you can have like four guys in the box and people are always moving around if you do it the right way you can get a lot of interceptions

Corner routes and slants/drags all day is the formula. He's perfected the art of throwing it where his opponent doesn't double the other open guy

its funny. i havent played madden since 19 but all i ever ran was bunch trail and mesh post and i'd make hella adjustments out of it. wild to see he murdered and has won a ton with it.

Madden does not require skill, it only requires knowing what 5 plays to run

It’s crazy I’m using his plays and don’t even it know with it the Titans playbook, currently only my second biggest streak.

I once won a Madden Tournament by cheesing audibles I had set up as three running plays: left/right/dive. It was somehow impossible to stop in that particular version of Madden (2007). I was held out of the end zone 14 possessions total in 11 games. All but 1 of those was because of a fumble.

Hey man! Cheers for the tips! I have a series idea, i know its not for most but theres is basically 0 content for this. Im european, got the game on EA Pass and trying to understand both the concepts of the console game as the actual game of football. Id suggest (and ask) for a basic series aiming for anyone who is brand new to the sport. Because of EA play i think many more people will start playing in Europe, and UFC and NBA are already WAY bigger, so this could grow a lot aswel. Long ass comment, if you get thru it, thanks ahaha

The best man beating routes across the board are out routes and curls.. unstoppable if understand the timing. Been dojng it for years .. Rage quits repeated.. I wish madden kept stats after rage quits 30-40 pts before halftime pretty consistently..

My old scheme in M16 was Mesh Post, Mesh Seam and Mesh out of pistol bunch, the RB would motion out to the single wr side and run a streak if they played man the LB would motion out with the RB and get absolutely dusted.

Most of these come from many hrs on madden and patiently understanding game adjustments,you can do the same for defense the best way I learned madden from years of experience I make the offense show me a lot in the 1st half,at the end making the offense comfortable with plays they used the 1st half I’m basically following the great coach NE HC half time adjustments from my favorite team collapsed I basically learned from my real team mistakes 😂 ,I’ll always say on the other of the screen I see what you did and eventually pick the ball off if you keep playing with my IQ and experience ,it’s a lot of enjoyment playing with competition

I don’t understand how anyone can be this good at madden, when I play my receivers not only can’t catch worth a shit but they’ll stop randomly or glitch making the game literally unplayable

So I'm trying to get my Casper but it won't let me do my solo battles. It's been doing that a lot recently. Just shows me the leader boards and doesn't let me actually play them. It's done this a few times over the past few days and no matter how many times I restart the game or my console it doesn't fix it. It has to be on EAs end
