Highway 99 at 16 Ave Interchange Time Lapse: 18 months construction of a six-lane diamond interchange located in South Surrey near White Rock. Construction included the installation of a 1.3-kilometre sound wall, riparian planting consisting of 8,000 trees and shrubs, fish passable culverts and new pedestrian and cyclists facilities.
