Actually. The first metallic and non muzzle loading riflr is the volcanic rifle, the volcanic pistol had a pistol carbine too, and rifle. Henry or Spencer did not make the first lever action rifle. Of course, Henry looks a lot like the Volcanic rifle.
On my last playthrough I found myself using the carbine more then I used to even after I had better guns I still used the lancaster and the bolt action the most but the carbine is pretty ok.
