How Hobi Changed After Becoming j-hope Of BTS 

It doesn’t seem to matter what type of personality j-hope expresses, we love all sides of him.

I went from istp to intp now intj I've observed Hobi for a few years now .I always see snippets of his other sides. When he is in work mode watching people. When he made his picture book and album . We all have different faces we show the world. I think his real face is when he's relaxed and happy. Great company, great environment/vibe , great food, and time to relax. Im not surprised jhope is so good at living up to his name . Hobi is a perfectionist, so jhope is his character he created that's a side of him. He convinced everyone he's like that all the time, but I think members knew his real side. He's professional, very disciplined, thoughtful, kind and intelligent🥰 ps. I think jhopes shadow comes up when he's burnt out or worried. He's the type not to tell people his problems because he doesn't want them to worry.

Its life... things change, we change... and its ok. HE IS PERFECT. 💜

J-hope or Hobi..... at the end of the day, we love him for who he chooses to be....💜💜💜

ESFJ or INFJ, J-Hope is still the same sweet, thoughtful, loving and passionate man as before. Back in 2018, what's the first time I heard j-hope say." I'm your hope, you're my hope I'm J-hope . I had become aware of BTS in 2017 through their music videos I was blown away j-hope's dancing the rest is history . I have been Army ever since and Hobi has been my bias.💜

Suga was my first Bias and I felt Jhope was way over the top, yet I still loved his fun personality. As a few months went by I noticed the they have many things in common in their personalities but they express them differently on camera. I'm not sure why, but after the mv for War of Hormone, he became my Ultimate Bias. I saw a different side of him, when the girl didn't get in the car, not the funny always happy guy, the confident guy who had disappointment but brushed it off and continued. No matter what side he chooses to show, he's my Bias.

I wish he will be just happy and comfortable whatever it is either be hoseok, hobi or jhope . My respect and love is/will always be same for him and I'll always respect what he is either sunshine or normal human jung Hoseok 🥹🙌🏻💓

No one can say cheerful all the time. One thing that does concern me is that I haven't heard anything about his friends, even in passing. Maybe I've just missed it but I do hope he has good friends outside of BTS as all the others do. I'm sure he's just keeping them private.

I hope that he will always show his true colors to us because we Hobi Stans love the way he really is!

I spent years traveling for work and spending a lot of time in hotel rooms. I used to be an extrovert personality, but age and traveling I think moved me to introverted. I'm guessing same with the fellas in Bangtan.

I think it’s hard to always be what others expect from you. They all must grow weary of that. They really are incredible young men and I think they carry a big weight on their shoulders.

Hi Colt! 👋🏼 Okay I'm left feeling a little concerned with this video today. You have captured several times Hobi's forewarning of how he feels pressured to always be everyone's "hope". That's a lot to unpack right there. I'm no psycologist but when people repeat things like this, we should pay attention. I can only imagine that when he feels down, he has to hide it well from everyone cause he doesn't want to let anyone down and that make me feel sad for him. Maybe in the military, since he has to be a serious and focused leader, he doesn't have to be laughing and joking all the time to lift everyone else's spirits. Maybe he has learned to reign in some of that "sunshine" and use it sparingly while at the same time giving his sunshine persona a rest. He's in the military to complete a different role and not to entertain. When he is finally done with his military obligation, hopefully he would have learned how to balance his leader/"eveyone's hope" personas. I hope that made sense and I'm in no way criticizing your video content but grateful that you've captured a realistic and very human side of Hobi. 💜

I think apart of Hobi's matureness, Covid-19 also one of the reason. As we stay a lot indoors, the "E" in his MBTI changed into "I" as he seems enjoy the time to himself. It's not something bad, it's good actually as the personality that we used to had came back finding us again. Yes, as much as we hope Hobi didn't change but as for me, I don't mind if he stays as "I" because end of the day, he is who he is. We cannot force him to be cheerful 24/7 in 2025 but he knows how ARMY like to see him as j-hope, the sunshine of the group, the mood maker and the cheerful man not-boy-anymore and we just need to stay relax and believe in him 😍

This is a good reminder that idols are people just like the rest of us. They have multiple dimensions and we just get to see a small part of who they are. It’s our job as fans to appreciate what they choose to show us and give them space and privacy to share their other sides with the people they know, trust, and feel comfortable with.

I’m an introvert, too, and I think it’s important to remember that introversion is not synonymous with being shy, and it doesn’t mean you don’t like to be around people. It just means you need alone time to recharge. We love all sides of you, j-hope.💜💜💜

I think it's the people around you. Even Suga has said it. He needs J-Hope to recharge him. I think it the same for Hobi. When the other members are around, they give him the energy to be J-Hope. When he is by himself, he is laid back. You have seen his video where he is by himself in the dance studio. He seems so happy there, just dancing. Not having to be the dance leader and constantly critiquing the other members. I am sure that would wear on him. Always having to walk that fine line between friends and leader.

And the same applied with V ! Vhope are just the same in many ways !!
