I just love there resourcefulness in India they recycle everything even green food waste what they do they put the food in a man made hole and they mix up with worms and they had water and let the worms eat the food waste and like that they make a rich fertilizer and they sive the worms out of the fertilizer and do it all over again that I admire cause they use everything from nature

Guys dont fall for this. These are not Damascus steel. Damascus steel's real name is Wootz steel which were made in Mysore, Karnataka and Thiruchirapalli, TamilNadu from 200 BC. The name Wootz is derived from Kannada/Tamil word "Ukku/Urrukku" which means alloy. These were sent to Damascus as blunt bricks or cakes were they made swords and knives out of them. The formula was never shared and was lost once British invaded India. Scientist Michael Faraday tried to reverse engineer Wootz but ended making stainless steel. No scientists across the globe are able to identify the formula which the blacksmiths from Karnataka and TamilNadu used to make Wootz.

before you spend your money , check the tang. it's what we in the sword collectors call rat tail. when you have such narrow tang that is welded to the base of the sword, this is the first place it will break. so those are not swords but wall hangers .
