On the Form 4473, it asks you if you’ve been convicted OR if you’re currently UNDER ADJUDICATION. which means IN THE PROCESS of court that could potentially end in a felony conviction. The guy has on an ankle monitor. They don’t give out ankle monitors for petty bullshit. I know because I’ve had one. To be on an ankle monitor, it means you were arrested on some kind of felony charge, and then either released on bail pending charges. Or if you’re on an ankle monitor during probation, you’re almost certainly on a deferment. Which is STILL, under ADJUDICATION. Now, you MAY slip past the background check, and get them to sell you the firearm. But that would be LYING ON A FORM 4473 - which is a felony in and of itself. That’s literally what the rapper Kodak Black got sent to federal prison for. You don’t know what you’re talking about.

Because a deferment (AT LEAST until the probation is completed) would fall under “adjudication”, and on the Form 4473 it asks you if you’ve been convicted of a felony OR a misdemeanor domestic-violence charge OR are currently under adjudication. Exactly, he even seemed open to learning! Just explain how you can efficiently end more ops if you support the gun with the other hand. I will say though, point shooting sideways like that is the most intuitive way to shoot for me. Being able to draw and put a round on target is the easiest when holding the gun sideways. The bore direction is more linear to me.
