It is time for a new installment of Fiery Friday! This series highlights and reviews hot sauces, spicy snacks and all manner of foods which pack some heat. Today we try HOT Llamas Drunk Canuck - Maple Bourbon Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce!
According to the Hot Llamas site, “…[This sauce] promises the sweetness of the Bourbon and Maple Syrup balance well with the creeping heat of the ghost peppers…” They go on to say it is …“Great on chicken, pork, beef, and shrimp…” www.hotllamas....

Thanks for the honest review. It doesn't sound like a sauce I'd be interested in trying. Might be good on rice maybe? I watch a lot of sauce reviews and yours are always top notch 👍

Hey Cashew, sounds like the Maple Bourbon wouldn't be that great on your pancakes, but maybe you could soak your salad croutons for a vinegary taste to your salad.

I still am brining my peppers. I plan on about 6 weeks and then process into a great sauce.😬 I'll send you an 8 oz bottle along with some smoked cheese that I've been packing as the weather has been agreeable for cold smoking. I also do a Ph test on my sauce so as to make sure it's safe for consumption.Test live if you want. Anyway, See you ( I Hope ) on the Hanggggg Maaaaan. Bidder.

How can it have mapple syrup and molasses, with 0 sugars🤔 Now, I personally like vinegars, and will drink ACV by it's self, and I drink a lot of dill/kosher brine. Thanks for another great review👏🌶 I keep trying to give a 👍, but it does not register on my end. Tried several times🐾🦊🐺 (🤗😘 from Hok'ee)
