Using Hotel room service ordering system to make order for your food make sure your whole room service process flow is digitalized and alert to respective person in charge.
The process starts with scanning the QRCode tag located in the Hotel room, then the guest will select the food they would like to order. They may send in the order 1 by 1 or all in 1 go.
The AGen Hotel room service ordering allows operators to describe as detail as possible the food they will serve to the guest. Before sending orders, guests can anytime delete and reselect again the food into their ordering cart.
We understand that waiting is painful for certain guests, that is why the ordering status will be able to retrieve easily by just scanning again the same QRcode in the room. 4 preset ordering status in the system include order send to kitchen, kitchen preparing, Ready Deliver and complete delivery status.
The ordering status changing on the guest mobile phone completely depends on kitchen and delivery bellboy action. Each party after receiving the order from the guest needs to response to the incoming order from their workstation. Every incoming order will alert the kitchen and once the kitchen completed the order, they will alert the bellboy to pickup and deliver the order to the room.
During the food preparing process, hotel guests can continuously send in their new order to the kitchen if they want to do so.
